I genuinely believe this is one of, if not the best non zero- torque putter for stability. The double bend is as close as it gets to ZT without being ZT. The insert is very predictable, making distance control a breeze and rolls the ball very well. It's not the softest and not the firmest feel. The face is stable and quite forgiving, and it has great alignment aids making setup over the ball super easy, especially if you use lines on your ball.

Good entry point into center shaft putters. I ’ ve putted the best I ever have a month after getting this putter. I ’ d recommend getting a ping blackout or cord grip for more control. Everything feels more aligned, the only complaint I have is the face. It ’ ll take you a week or so to get used to the sweet spot, comes off the face slow if you hit the ball with the bottom lip.

Bought the Tyne C having played a Golo S5 for several years. All personal opinions here, but I love the fang shape, and I really like how the lack of a white line forces me to square up the face using the fangs. My putting has improved, confidence gained. It offers some forgiveness, too. I 've had a couple of poor strikes that were n't disasters- perhaps thanks to the insert. The feel is okay, not wonderful, but it is what it is. Was between this and the Cleveland 11C, another great choice.

I 've been dabbling with blade putters for the longest time. I 've tinkered with the Scottsdale lineup in different stores and really enjoyed the center shafted Tyne C model. This was definitely a better feel than my Scotty and my putts felt like they were going straighter than ever before! The only thing that is tricky is the distance control from 40- 50 ft out. I had zero issue w/ my Scotty on this but I 'll take the trade off for accuracy and learn the distance control soon.

There's really no weakness in this putter. If you prefer face balanced, this is the one. It's very stable, even on slight mishits( unlike the X model), it flows back and through effortlessly, and the feel of the insert is outstanding. Do yourself a favor and test short and long putts with the 3 different shaft options to lock in what works best, but there's literally a spider for everyone.

The Spider Tour X L- Neck is an amazing putter. I used to swing a Odyssey Virsa Blade. The alignment feature on top of the Spider really helps me drop putts that I struggled to do with the Odyssey. The face has great response with the ball and rolls pure. I probably took 6 to 8 strokes off my scord card with this putter! No more 3 putts and 15- 20 footers either drop in the cup or are at least 16 '' or better to the cup, fantastic on distance control. I can see why this is such a popular putter on the PGA Tour.

I have used LAB and Oddessey# 7 broomstick putters. I find the Spider Tour S Long much easier to align and see the intended line. I think it is the alignment coloring and the 90 deg shaft angle of the spider that make it easier to align and see the line than the other long putters I have used that have the shaft leaning forward out of the putter head. The putter is very stable at impact with great feel. I tried adding more weight to the Spider but went back to standard weight because the feel and flow are just great. Shot my lowest round of the year since switching to the Spider because I am making confident strokes since I can see the line so well with the Spider.

The Spider Tour X L- Neck is an amazing putter. I used to swing a Odyssey Virsa Blade. The alignment feature on top of the Spider really helps me drop putts that I struggled to do with the Odyssey. The face has great response with the ball and rolls pure. I probably took 6 to 8 strokes off my scord card with this putter! No more 3 putts and 15- 20 footers either drop in the cup or are at least 16 '' or better to the cup, fantastic on distance control. I can see why this is such a popular putter on the PGA Tour.
