The product is great. For 4 straps, it's a great value. Quality of the product itself is great. Heavy duty to keep my kayaks securely fastened to our vehicles.

5 Gusss
I like how easy the mechanism is to use. So many of these types of ratchet straps tend to bind up especially when you try to release them, these work great though.

5 Wiggins
Great product and easy to use. Ratchets and mechanics work smooth

Great set of ratcheting tie downs. Good price. Worked great holding down camping gear and furniture on multiple 2+ hour drives with no wear in sight.

5 The Culprit
Much better than my cheaper straps.... found that out the hard way yesterday at the lake. I will be purchasing a second pair soon.

5 Jeff
Product was exactly what I wanted and needed. The straps are strong and work very. Would definitely buy again.

5 Bop BP
Purchased three weeks ago. Used several times. Get the job done. Easy to use.

5 Erik H
Although I liked the product, I had to return it because the ratchet strap length was too long for securing my jet ski. The ratchet would have been against my ski which obviously wouldn ’ t work. I would buy these again if needed for securing a motorcycle or other gear.

5 Runner78910
Bought these for a trip and they are exactly as described. Tough and seem to be well made.

anyone with a carrier will appreciate the ease and security this line provides!

5 Kayaker Linda
As I bought my Thule rack and carrier for my kayak from a friend, I decided it might be a good idea to have spare parts for it. First I bought small things such as screws and so forth, but then I need to replace one of the arms. Both times it was easy to find the right products and they arrived with no problems at all.

5 VWVanagon
I didn ’ t think I ’ d appreciate the ratcheting and lock feature as much as I do with this kit. It allows rapid release to open our rear hatch on our Van if we forgot to grab something while the Kayak is loaded and secure. Then you just easily tighten the rope back up

5 Icechamp
I have used Thule products for years and these tie downs are excellent and make the job very easy

5 Kayak_Jack
I know that a lot of folks mounting their kayaks on the roofs of their cars do n't use bow and stern anchors. I find added peace of mind knowing that I have the extra security, especially during highway trips, of no forward or backward movement. These Quick Draw Ratchets are simple but effective. Lightweight but strong. Easy on the wallet and appear that I 'll have years of use out of them. Highly recommended.

5 Brian S.
I have all 3 sizes of these straps& love them because they are super light, strong& quiet. I use them for backpacking, camping& hunting. I give Shawn's review 5 stars as well.

5 Shawn K.
These are quite good. The hook buckle is easy to engage, and unlike plastic buckles, is unlikely to break. Adjusting the straps is equally simple, and it's possible to put a lot of force into them to really cinch them down. They release easily when you want them to, even when wet, but hold tight otherwise. I 've started using them to replace strap systems on other things. Do n't let Mark's `` weighty '' opinion keep you from these straps. The guy has n't even touched them! I agree that the weight should be provided by the manufacturer, so I 'll give Mark's review two stars.

5 Patrick T.
I use the 1m/40in straps to help secure equipment on my bikepacking/touring bike and they work great even when I ’ m riding single track. The straps stay secure and only come undone when I release them

5 Glenn G.
I bought this strap for my hammock since I made a mistake on not buying the hammock set. I weigh 165lbs and this strap handled it well.

5 steve w.
The hook is a great idea for quickly lashing and adjusting about anything. I keep mine in my truck for random jobs. Very well made it seems.

Had this carrier for several years. Has held up great. Would buy it again.

Works Great for fitting multiple boats on a rack. If you are going to put one boat on each side I would recommend buying a set of the 15 ft. load straps. If you are putting this on an Xsporter remember to use the Xadapt 3 adapter kit. There is a link to it in the technical specifcations area on this page. Not sure why Jay from a previous review could n't stumble on that. Great Product, use mine all the time and recommend to all my friends.

5 Dev
When I got kayaks I was trying to avoid racks like the J style Hull a Port. I 've had issues with boats shifting, and am not a fan of the design. The Stacker is a simple design that uses the crossbars to help keep the boat in place. Never had an issue with shifting, even on 8 hour drives with two boats. It's also the cheapest Thule option for more than one boat. Very happy with my decision. Just make sure you put the straps on BEFORE you put the boat on.

5 Kate
The Stacker is perfect for our 2 kayaks. Easy to install and use. Came with 2 straps.

OK to be fair, I have n't done my final installation( waiting for xadapt12 kit) but can say I love the concept, just not the `` clamps '' that hold the portage padded feet. They do n't really fit an AeroBlade very well( flipped or not). I am going to use Xadapt12 which holds padded foot to AeroBlade by means of T bolt in AeroBlade track.( That's what center hole in padded foot is for.) Expect if to work excellently. Crossroads foot pack and AeroBlades also excellent.

5 Tim
I have used other car roof canoe carriers and found them lacking. This one, used in combination with the Evo WingBar, is tremendously better. The engineering and quality of materials is impressive. I ca n't imagine anything more secure and easy to use.

5 Lynn
Had a set for 20 years on my Saab that worked flawlessly. These fit my canoe perfectly. and hold well.

5 Drob23
Trying to research options to haul a canoe a few times on my F150 and this came up. It ’s a bit of a pricey option when combined with the the roof rack. In the end I was able to haul a canoe securely without issue. All straps were provided and the install was easy and secure. I ’ d recommend it.

Worked very well at holding my tent post together and easy storage

5 Nightprince
Great for needing things that have to be tied. It is a plus for camping or hunting equipment.

5 fisherman
These ties have several uses. Mine include wrapping fishing poles together, tying around extension cords and hangers while traveling. Use indoor and outdoor.

5 bike 12
Hooks on one side, loops on the other. Easy to use. Holds well. Now if I could find 18 '' ones.

5 HounDog
I bought these primarily to keep my cargo straps rolled and organized. They are excellent for that use. They grip onto almost anything. I use them to keep our paddles bundled together and keep lines wound and out of the way on our canoe. When not in use they all stick together. Again keep in mind they will attach themselves to clothing, so do n't put them next to your favorite sweater or a long haired cat. I 've used the two packs I bought, but I 'm sure I 'll buy more as the need arises.

5 DicksDad
Last year I bought kayak racks from Amazon. Despite having the top ratings and reviews, they did n't even last the trip from NY to Maine. The plastic nuts shredded just from hand tightening. This year I ordered a set of Malone Auto Racks and they were great. The threads in the nuts are reinforced metal and held up to tightening. They did n't loosen at all on the 7 hour drive. The instruction manual also contained useful information on using the straps and tying knots properly. I would definitely recommend these racks!
