Although I liked the product, I had to return it because the ratchet strap length was too long for securing my jet ski. The ratchet would have been against my ski which obviously wouldn ’ t work. I would buy these again if needed for securing a motorcycle or other gear.

I have used this system for several years older version and now newer version. I bought these additional ones because I like the ratcheting system better than what came with my new kayak racks. These pull tight quickly and release very easily. I like the carabiner I no longer worry about it coming detached from the kayak while traveling. I highly recommend.

I didn ’ t think I ’ d appreciate the ratcheting and lock feature as much as I do with this kit. It allows rapid release to open our rear hatch on our Van if we forgot to grab something while the Kayak is loaded and secure. Then you just easily tighten the rope back up
