My power rack is in my bedroom, so solid gym chalk tends to make a mess while I lift. All of the dust settles on my electronics and my clothing, and it gets transferred onto any surface I touch throughout my room. I happened upon this liquid chalk one day and thought I 'd give it a try. So far, it works perfectly! I shake the bottle and apply about a quarter sized amount to the palm of one hand, then I just work the liquid into both hands and across my fingers and let it dry. Occasionally I 'll have to add another drop or two during heavy lifts, but I was doing that with the solid chalk 10 times more frequently, sometimes more. It's a little pricey but it's absolutely worth it if you 're concern is keeping the dust to a minimum. Not to mention it really does stay on my hands and is very easy to wash off. Just use some warm, soapy water after your workout. Highly recommended!

I purchased this bag in the all black version a little over a month ago and have taken it out on the course every weekend since and love it. I am new to golf this year( early 30's, female) and the cart bag that came with my clubs was not working for me as I 've been walking the course. I did a lot of research because I wanted to stay low on price, but also purchase something that was high quality and as lightweight as possible as I am petite( 5' 2 '', 110lbs). After researching my options, I splurged a little more than originally anticipated, but feel like I made the right choice as I have gotten really into the sport and will use this for years. I 'm pleased with this bag-- its pockets are placed really well and I always get comments on how light it is when someone picks it up. The dividers are also nicely placed and I always know where the club I 'm looking for is. The material is also very high quality and the legs seem sturdier than a lot of my friends' bags, but I 'm not sure if that's just because mine is brand new. The one issue I have( that I imagine I would experience with almost every other bag out there as I 'm a small person) is that even at their shortest, the straps are a tad too long and the bag sits on my bottom more than the small of my back. It's not an issue for me, but it does cause my clubs to clang around when I walk if I do n't keep my hand on them. I do n't know if ladies bags are a bit smaller, but I do n't like the pastels they all come in-- I wanted something that would n't get dirty easily and black is my favorite color.

I have never used hex dumbbells before but the Weider hex dumbbells are fantastic.
