I am 5 ’ 4 ” 120- 125lbs athletic built I bought a size xs. I honestly was not sure if I was going to like these. They are roomy in the front area. After wearing them for a bit, I fell in love with them. They have zipper pockets which is great for running outside and needing to secure your keys or phone. They are soft and breathable. Warm too. They do have reflection strips down by the ankles. They look exactly like they do in the pictures. They fit perfectly.

I ’ m about 41- 42 ” hips, and the pants definitely fit on the bigger side: adjustable tabs as tight as they get, and still easily go over jeans or multiple layers with plenty extra room. I usually wear 33- 34 ” inseam, and the long version fits very well. I ’ m going to keep the L for easy trips to the rink or sledding hill, to throw over normal clothes. [ I never am a fan of tights due to them being restrictive to my specific body type, but not these! These fit around my curves and don ’ t feel restrictive. Also the quality is very nice and they do not become see through during motion, which is a big concern for gym use. The high waisted band is very comfortable and it keeps everything nice and tucked. [ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

When working out at the gym, they move with you when exercising. VISIBILITY: I usually run late afternoon and it is getting dark early, especially in winter, it is extremely important for me to have reflective and visible workout gear. These tights have bright yellow at the leg bottoms and a number of reflectors that are easy to see in low light. I have a peace of mind when running after dark. I am 5 ’ 2 so they are a little long for me but I just use it with a Nike air max shoes for a little extra height 🤭 and it worked just perfect, buy them you won ’ t regret it!! they run a little bit big, I usually use a Medium size and for this I ordered two different colors one M and the other S and had to return the Medium size and exchange it for a small, but if you want a regular fit stick with your normal size

I ’ m typically between a large and XL in Nike stuff, but the large were roomy enough. If you confident girls want a tighter fit, I ’ d say pick your usual size or size down. Yes, I can see how some of the reviews mentioned the length being an issue, but I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ” and they hit just right.

I first discovered these pants last year and now I own them in 4 different colours. They are so comfortable. They are the perfect fall/spring hiking pants. We live in New Brunswick where the winters can be pretty brutal, but just took a pair of thermals on underneath and even winter they have been fantastic.
