I bought this over a year ago and have only started using@ 3 months ago. I had shoulder surgery and was not able to use it till recently. My arm muscles had shrunk to almost nothing. Pitiful. After just 3 months and starting from zero, at age 46& female I am gaining strength back in my shoulders, seeing good definition and watching bingo arms that had just started disappear!!

The bar is easy to attach and take off for quick changes while exercising. My 11 year old son works out with me and it is even easy for him to make quick changes in height to the bar. It is secure and will not come off accidentally while doing pulling exercises like inverted rows. The diamond __quote__knurling__quote__ make it secure even though we still use chalk, but it feels good on the hands and is not at all abrasive. So it wont tear up your hands. Great for elevated pushups, for inverted rows, lower height bar for pullups when teaching kids. Overall very satisfied. Even my wife uses it for pushups and rows.
