Love this bar! I like the 36 '' length. It is more versatile than my much shorter X3 bar, which I paid$ 500 for. It's also short enough to work out in tight spaces and breaks apart to fit in a suit case. I use it with my tube bands and my pilates reformer. Packed securely and shipped quickly, it arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. It's well made and just what I needed. Two issues- one, as another reviewer commented, the bar comes with what I assume is an anti- rust coating that's a little messy to remove. It would be nice if some instructions came for that. Maybe there were and I just did n't see them. And two- the clerk who took the order told me my email address would be used only to communicate regarding the order. Now a day does n't pass without multiple emails from Dick's and they drive me nuts. I 've gone through the unsubscribe process twice to no avail.

The bar is good overall, but it lacks the clips needed to hold weight plates on the bar. This bar has smooth ends, not the typical screw on ends. Most- if not all- bars come with the nuts/clips you need to hold the weight on- this one does not. Adding insult to injury, the clips I bought later for this bar do n't even fit- even though the bar AND the clips are both 'standard.'( Both were bought at Dicks).

The bar holds over 5 plates on each side and is n't bending. I 'm pretty sure it will hold 6 plates on each end depending on collar width. There were no other reviews that I could find on this product when I ordered it online, so I was n't sure how it would compare to some of the other open trap bar alternatives from REP, Titan, or Rogue. It's a very solid and heavy bar. The info page states it weights 55lbs, and I have n't verified the weight but it definitely feels like it. I 've added about 190 lbs to it so far and have n't noticed it sagging at all. It still easily rotates onto its legs so that you can offload the weight or add more plates. Paint and finish is good. No issues with the way that it was packaged in the box. It made it to my house without any damage. Knurling on the grips is nice, and not too aggressive. Only took about 10 minutes to put it together with 10 hex bolts. I 'm not sure where I 'm going to store this, but I 'll have to get creative.

There wasn ’ t any mentioned of the material used to construct this bar, but I think I was able to deduce most of the material. The sleeves appear to be chrome, tubing appears to be a black powder coat,& the knurling appears to be chrome( it is passive and close to the same knurling used in a Rogue OH bar). I got up to 405lbs with no issues, and yes you ’ ll feel a bit of a heavier front load pulling you forward since the front is heavier due to the design of the open bar. The bar is overall well balanced until hitting those upper 300lbs weight. The spin is nice because it allowed me to really lock in my wrist straps, so I highly recommend using wrist straps to lock that grip in. I highly recommend this bar.

Shopped around for some farmer carry bars and what drew my attention to these besides the great price was the knurled grips that I did n't see most if not all of the others. I ordered them on a Friday and they were delivered on Wednesday. The packaging was in good shape and there were no flaws in the finish of the bars. The bars weighed in at 22. 2lbs each on my bathroom scale. There is 12 '' of sleeve length which will allow for plenty of weight. They came with 4 spring collars which is a good thing because standard spring collars are too big. But less than standard olympic sleeve diameter seems to be the norm with all these carry bars. I did find that my hex collars will also work on them, just not as tight as on an Olympic bar. I 'm very happy with the purchase and ca n't wait to try them out.

The more I read about farmer's carry, the more I believe it should be a major part of everyone's workout. It activates essentially every muscle group, including working cardiovascular strength, and especially targets forearms and traps. I got these bars on sale but they 're worth it even at full price. I 've been using them every day, alternating heavy carries one day and lighter the next, just added on to my normal workout for the day. You have no excuse to not own a pair. Seriously.

Great dumbells.... I believe they have very similar in impact as the dumbells I use at my aqua classes. My one comment is, compared to other on- line retailers, the timing between shipping and delivery seems to be longer. Always the package was looked as thought it had 'been thru the mill and back'... product was OK though. I wish this item was also available at my local store. These are much better!

these are great for a good pool work out. they are a bit `` heavy ''( more floatation) but you can use slower movements or keep them more shallow for less of resistance, and move them faster or push them further under water( or do both actions at the same time) for more resistance. they seem to be holding up well so far but I have not had them for very long. hopefully they will continue to hold up in my 3 times a week hour long pool class at the gym.

I 've been using this for over 10 years. The gym I belong to was too cheap to replace their old one. I guess$ 20 was too much for them. I ca n't live without it so I splurged big- time and bought it for myself. I love the durability and the angle is perfect. Leaps and bounds ahead of the titan ssb. Had to return the titan it was just too uncomfortable and just felt off. This bar sits just right, my shoulders could tell the difference immediately. Far better quality and value. Well worth the price, do n't waste your money on the more expensive ones.

Decided to give the Ethos a try and glad I did. For the price, this thing is way better, padding was more comfortable, the handles are solid stainless steel, very high quality. Being rated for 1000lbs is overkill for me and probably most people. Do n't waste your money on the versions, very happy with this.

Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

This is a very solid product. The software had a few issies but the recent update fkxed a counting issue. The product is quiet and i shut it off when i am not using it to conserve power. I have doem 3 worjouts a week for last to months. I love the consistancy of the resistance. I have been having echelon reach out and asked to share feedbsck which i requested music integration. Thought classes could be more fun with music, but honestly i play music on my radio( sonos) whwn i workout. Since i got the product there has been many skftware updates. The Echelon comes with a bunch of attachments, which is awesome. The straight bar, ankle straps, and different handles give tons of variety. BUT. Storing all this stuff is a pain. Had to buy a separate organizer. Also, switching between attachments mid- workout can be a hassle. Still, the versatility is worth the extra effort. Just be prepared for some accessory Tetris.

This Echelon thing tries to do everything- strength, cardio, yoga, you name it. Surprisingly, it does most of it well. The strength stuff is solid, and the HIIT classes are no joke.
