This is my second of these hats, I wear them every time I run. They are very well built and very breathable. Extremely durable with a comfortable fit, good wicking material( sweat pushed to brim and doesn ’ t drip down your face, I am an extremely sweaty person), and very good sun coverage. Bill works well with most sunglasses( I have large blocky costa Del Mar ’s that fit well under the brim). Only issue I have with it is the tab in the back can be hard to get out of the way due to the difficulty of feeding it back into the hat.

This hat is very comfortable, lightweight and breathable, and has enough volume to fit many sizes of head. I use it primarily for hiking and running and often forget it's there.

It is exactly what I was looking for. It ’s light, very good fit, comfortable, and the MIPS tech gives extra peace of mind. I barely notice I ’ m wearing it, even on long days. The ventilation works well, and the headlamp clips are handy. It feels solid without being bulky. Delivery was quick and everything was in perfect shape. No issues at all. Definitely recommend it.

So far I ’ ve only worn this on a few scrambles but I have big stuff planned for this! It super light and durable. The fit it a bit weird in that it looks weird in my head but that ’s the cost for safety. Overall highly recommend.

[ In the six month I 've bought 15 of these for replace some Edelrids that needed to be retired. They are good replacements at a much cheaper price. The are reliable bucket. I do n't give them 5 stars because adjusting size can be difficult. They do n't have the rear wheel.

[ Took these to RRG and had absolutely no issues with them. Barely even noticed them, they 're light and easy to get on an off. After my trip I looked over them and they still looked brand new despite getting rubbed on sandstone for 3 days.

[ These are the second set of quickdraws I own. I really have no complaints they work great and clipping is smooth. They hold up really great I 've only taken one fall and they held me so that's good. They may not seem as sturdy as other brands but heck, I trust them
When selecting a rock climbing hat, consider features such as breathability, moisture-wicking properties, and UV protection. A good fit is essential to ensure the hat stays securely in place during climbs. Additionally, look for lightweight materials that provide comfort without adding bulk.
Yes, certain styles are more suitable for rock climbing. Caps with brims can provide sun protection, while beanies offer warmth in colder conditions. Additionally, helmets designed specifically for climbing provide safety and protection from falling debris, making them essential for more technical climbs.
The material of a rock climbing hat plays a crucial role in its performance. Lightweight, breathable fabrics help keep you cool and comfortable during climbs, while moisture-wicking materials can help manage sweat. Additionally, durable fabrics can withstand the rigors of outdoor activities.
While you can use a regular hat for rock climbing, it may not provide the necessary features for safety and comfort. Climbing-specific hats often have added benefits like secure fits and materials designed to handle outdoor conditions. It's best to choose a hat that meets the demands of your climbing environment.
When considering seasonal use, think about the climate and conditions you'll be climbing in. In warmer months, lightweight and breathable hats are ideal, while in colder weather, insulated beanies or hats with ear coverage can provide warmth. Always ensure the hat is suitable for the specific activities you plan to undertake.
