[ I love this new sleeping bag. It's super comfy and warm, with a highly visible color that's vibrant and looks great. It works great if you 're a car camper that does n't worry about weight or size. I was amazed at how large it was wrapped up in it's bag, but I guess that's what you get when you have a sleeping bag that's rated for sub- freezing temperatures. I have n't camped in that cold of weather yet, but I 'm glad I have it when that day comes.

I had the poor luck to plan a camping trip on a freezing weekend in the fall and this sleeping bag kept me nice and toasty. I actually gave it up for my wife to sleep in it the second night. [ I finally got out camping this past weekend in the Rocky Mountain National Park. Overnight lows were 32 degrees. I did also use a sleeping bag liner because I was afraid I might be cold. But I was very comfortable all night long. I actually stayed in the tent from 9PM to 9AM.

[ I was n't sure how this bag would work out, but so far it's super. It really is designed as described. It's quite roomy, allows one to turn and side sleep and is definitely warm enough. The best part is that my Standard Manchester Terriers( one or both) can snuggle in as well. That was the whole point of the purchase. They do n't fit as well in my other bags but they are fine in this one.

Great bag! Exactly what I 've been looking for as a tall side sleeper but more importantly as someone who changes sides during the night. Upgraded from a competitor's bag which was catered to side sleepers, but had less insulation on the 'back'. When I would roll in the night the bag would come with me, and would end with the less insulated side covering my backside. Looking forward to using it in much colder weather, but would also give kudos as the overlapping insulation and ability to unzip at the bottom made it comfortable on a milder night in Olympic National Park last weekend. Only critique is that the bag which it comes with does n't have cinch straps. With one I had from Sea to Summit I was able to get it to a much smaller size than the standard pack bag. Would purchase one for this specific bag if it was available.

[ Leveled up from my old synthetic sleeping bag to down and am super happy so far. It ’s so cozy and packs down small. I love that there ’s room for me to turn any which way and curl my legs up in this bag, it is much less constricting than a typical mummy bag. I did find that the bag didn ’ t really move with me the way I expected it to for side sleeping, so I found the hood section kind of in my way at some points. It wasn ’ t too cold so I just kept my head out and used that part as a pillow of sorts. I did also notice a bit of shedding of feathers and hope that will remain minimal over time. So far I ’ ve used it for two nights in about 40deg weather and was very warm.

I bought this bag for summer camping in the Colorado high country. I already have a 0 bag from Big Agnes so I needed something that would n't be so warm. I am a side sleeper and this seemed like the perfect bag. It's comfy, I love the fabric and I like the space for my knees when I sleep on my side. I also really love the hood. My only two criticisms are that the bag is a bit tight so I do n't feel like I can really spread out. My knees hit one side while my bottom hits the other. I also like to sleep with something between my knees and there is n't much room for that. My other issue is that when you turn over you either have to flip the entire bag with you or turn the other way so that your knees do n't fit into the shape of the bag. Flipping the entire bag over would be fine if I had a lot of space but when you have your bag on a ground pad and sleeping next to other people you ca n't really roll side to side. This bag is lightweight and silky though.

[ I have several sleeping bags and quilts, but I wanted to consolidate my gear and find a sleep system that could do it all. My search stopped when Big Agnes released the Lost Ranger UL 0° system. So far, the temperature ratings of each bag have been accurate. I ’ ve been comfortable into the low 20 ’s with the inner bag by itself and comfortable in the mid to low 40 ’s with just the top quilt. Paired with the Rapide SL sleeping pad from Big Agnes, this sleep system is incredibly warm. I used both bags on an overnighter where the temperatures got below 20° and I slept like a baby despite having condensation issues due to poor ventilation in my tent. The top quilt was pretty damp that morning, but because the down used in these systems is hydrophobic, it was dry before lunch. If I could change one thing about this system it would be to add another zipper on the right side of the quilt. If you could make the quilt removable from the fitted sheet at the same time that would be nice too so you could take the quilt with you around camp. Other than that I LOVE this sleep system.
