Golfing several times a week and relaxing at the clubhouse takes a special shoe to provide the comfort needed for my extra wide feet. Have also been pleased with Footjoys Contours. I bought this shoe because I had previously used the FJ Contour Jogger golf shoe that had the same sole. The Contour casual has the same benefit of the excellent gripping sole( without spikes) and also the ability to go car to pro shop( not wearing out golf cleats). The leather on this shoe is amazing and if you 've owned FJ before, you know to buy something when it's available because there's always the poss of things changing in future years with sytle etc. The functionality of this shoe is A++, the quality is A++, the durability is A++. I can not speak for waterproof quality as I have not worn the shoe in wet conditions, but FJ has always warrantied thier products well and so I think that will be A+ as well.

Bought these after watching many reviews on YouTube and reading multiple online reviews that said they were the BEST and MOST comfortable shoes again and again. I typically wear Ecco ’s and honestly I feel the Ecco ’s are more comfortable and more cushioned than these shoes. The reviews say they are like walking on clouds but I don ’ t find them to be like that. They are for lack of a better term “ cushioned stiff ”. Meaning they aren ’ t as soft and cushioned as the reviewers led me to believe. They are more like a cushioned stiff mold but not super soft. With that said they aren ’ t bad but they certainly aren ’ t like walking on clouds. I ’ ll keep them as a second pair but the Ecco ’s for me are much more comfortable for walking 18 holes. I was disappointed because I am always looking for the next evolution of the moret comfortable golf shoes, but I guess that ’s why there is more than one company that makes golf shoes. I would give it a 8/10. Good but not great.

First day out on the course I wore these, I walked 18 holes and I am very positive I could have walked another 18 with no issues. These shoes are very comfortable and definitely worth getting.
