I wrecked on my motorbike and cracked my gen 1 razor 10x50 binos. Vortex emailed me back within hours and I sent them off. Unfortunately they werent repairable but the folks at Vortex got me a new pair. The new pair is 10x the glass, lighter, crisper and compact. Love these guys! I bought these binoculars 3 or 4 years ago for whitetail and turkey hunting in Virginia. After 3 or 4 seasons of whitetail, turkey, bear and taking them out west for Mule deer, antelope and ducks I have been extremely happy with them. Just last year I noticed that my eye pieces were coming loose and the screws appeared to be either breaking off or falling out. They had been through a lot so I wasn ’ t surprised.
