Amazing ball for the price. This is my first time playing a urethane ball regularly, used to play Vice Tour. I immediately noticed the difference on approach shots and greenside. The stopping power is unreal. I even spun one back from a greenside bunker. My scores are lower because I can attack pins and rely on the ball stopping instead of rolling 10- 20 feet past.

I got these in yesterday and instantly went to the course. This is by far the straightest ball of the tee I have ever hit. Pretty much instantly got rid of a big slice or pull. If you are like me and swing pretty hard with your driver but have trouble hitting the fairways, this is the go to ball for you. With the higher compression, it makes it easier to hit it a lot further off the tee. It is also super easy to align on the greens with new alignment aid. The spin was above average I would say, I held greens pretty easily with full wedge shots. Overall this ball is a must buy if you want something cheap and lose a lot of balls.

I have now played the new version of this ball for 6 rounds and I 've been playing Tour X for 4 years. This new ball feels about the same on long shots( firm), but noticeable softer pitches, chips and especially putts. I am a senior golfer with moderate clubhead speed( 95 to 99 mph). This ball is not supposed to be for my swing speed, but it just goes longer for me. I shoot the same scores with this ball as a Pro- V1. I highly recommend this ball.

The feel of these balls is amazing, especially around the greens, where they provide excellent feedback and control. They also feel great off the putter, which is a big plus for me. While I didn ’ t notice significant improvements in distance compared to other golf balls I ’ ve used, the Chrome Soft delivers on its promise of low spin and consistent performance. I would n't have believed it in a million years had it not just happened to me today. My son and his friend play this ball and they are always 50 yards ahead of me. I switched from the ProV1X to the Chrome Tour this winter and spring. Definitely noticed there is less spin on my drives, allowing for more consistency and distance. Even better when playing in windy conditions. The Chrome Tours still provides plenty of spin coming onto the greens. I like the fact that when playing from tight lies, the Tours back up generally 5ft to 10ft vs 10ft to 20ft with the ProV1X. The Tours fit my game best!

Honestly, this is my all time favorite golf ball. The Chrome Tour golf ball is a real game- changer. First off, the distance is amazing. Whether I 'm using a driver or my longer irons, it seems to just fly – consistently long, with a nice, piercing ball flight that cuts through the wind. I ’ ve noticed extra yards off the tee, and I can count on a solid roll when it hits the fairway. Also, this ball spins a lot on short irons into the green. The workability is another highlight. The ball feels responsive, and I can shape my shots with ease. Whether I ’ m trying to hit a fade or a draw, I have full control. It just feels great in my hands, especially when I 'm making those more touchy shots under pressure. But what really impresses me is the short game spin. Around the greens, it ’s fantastic. I can get my chips and pitches to check up quickly, even on firmer greens. The ball just grabs and holds, which gives me a ton of confidence when I ’ m trying to stop a wedge shot close to the hole. I had been using the Left Dash with excellent results, especially off the driver. The only drawback was that it sounded and felt a bit firm off my putter and irons though but that was something I could live with given the performance gains. Unbelievable balls. The Chrome Tour TD spins less than CT and CTX off the driver and stays remarkably straight down range. It is long! I was using a new driver as well, but I was getting 8- 10 yards more total distance with that combo. It is a firm ball, but feels good off the face( softer than the X LS of previous generations). Approach shots had a nice mid trajectory and spun more than I thought on very firm greens. Around the green, the ball is predictable: it rolls out when you want it and checks when you want it. I am a 30+ handicap maybe? Score sometimes in the mid 90's based on the openness of the course. I shot a 90 and 92 with these balls. Main thing I like about them is they are decently long off the driver but they putt really well too. I know they are n't `` soft '' but they putt pretty true. I really enjoy playing these and its even better that they are cheap.
