Most wader pants I ’ ve tried seemed like a mere afterthought by the manufacturer. These new Simms pants are the best product available by far for those of us who don ’ t need full waders. I use them to launch my boat when necessary, to fish from my kayak and of course, for shallow wading. They are really comfortable and convenient, slipping on and off with no effort. I cant imagine buying wader pants without the zipper! They were perfect for me( Large King) … 6- 2 and 220 lbs. I do wish you could provide 3 three overlapping size ranges for the booties. For those of us with size 11 1/2 feet the 9- 11s are a little short and the 12- 13s a little long. Otherwise, these are perfect!'

I was looking for a wader that I could use when I did n't need to go too deep into the water and these work great. I also do a lot of hiking in equipment and chest waders sometimes are just too hot and this provide some relief if you are exerting a lot. The fit great and I always appreciate the zipper fly.

I finally received my Women's G3 waders and they are amazing. I had the previous W's G3 model with 3- layer and 5- layer GORE- TEX fabric. This new model fabric is so much lighter- I really thought it was marketing hype, but it is not! The fit and design also makes this the most comfortable wader.

I hesitated because of the price but I ’ m so grateful I made the choice to purchase these waders. My last pair were for “ Women ” but I didn ’ t like the boxy fit. These fit perfectly and the material is the best from all I have tried. Standing in 55 degree water in the PNW, I ’ m comfortable with just leggings under. The only downside is I use a bait gel and it ’s doesn ’ t come off the material. Guess it gives it character. Buy these, worth it.

My wife loves this jacket! She is so happy that Simms is finally doing more women's gear!!! Cheers to you Simms! This is a very stylish cut for women and is very flattering. My wife is rugged, but still likes to have that feminine touch which this jacket does well. She is 5' 4 '' 110 lbs and the S is perfect for her. She is an XS for most other Simms tops, but a S for this jacket. I 'd recommend this jacket to any woman who wants to stay warm and dry in extremely harsh conditions, and look good doing it!

Decided I was pushing my luck with my 2008 G3's so I purchased a new pair of G3's a couple of weeks ago. Wow, the improved shoulder straps, color and over all design are nice compared to my last pair. Have always had Simms waders and would buy nothing else. Saving my 2008's for Ocean Perch and crab snare fishing. My new pair Trout and Steelhead fishing.

[ Oh man. Let me tell you about these bad boys. First, they fit like a glove- not too snug, not too loose, but just right. I ’ ve wet waded in these a few times so far and trust me, no gravel is getting into my shoes or down into these. I could wear these suckers everywhere and be confident and cool in them, they are just that amazing. People often mistake me for a fly fishing guide when I have them on and throw money at me( that ’s what you do with guides, right?), ask for advice( my answer: throw meat, bruh), and occasionally just watch me as I ultimately mess up( no one seems to care because I ’ m wearing these hot as heck socks.). I definitely feel that my angling game has benefited so much from these that I may order another pair just to have around the house.

I ’ ve only had these about a month but have used them multiple times. These work great and very comfortable but they are a little difficult to take off when wet. I thought they might have a collar around your lower leg once you pull the upper down over your boot but they don ’ t. No worries, they are snug enough pebbles and sand don ’ t get in. They drain out the souls once out of water. Hope they wear well.
