I have had this sandbag for several years, and it has held up. I do regular HIIT workouts, and it's great to add weight for squats, deadlifts, rows, step ups, lunges, you name it. If you could hold it during the exercise, this bag has been used. The multiple handles allow me to switch grip or hold it in various ways depending on my workout. Getting the bags to properly fit inside the outer shell once filled WAS tricky at first, but a little patience goes a long way. The only thing I would recommend is having a single handle in the middle of one of the sides for single arm use. My yellow bags have handled the inside abuse very well but are leaking now, so once I find a way to replace them, I 'll keep using this sandbag for more years to come!

I am a coach for competitive and recreational teams. I have two 12x6 goals, and have used them for over four years now. I use them for outdoor and indoor practices and games for U10- U16. I have not experienced a single problem at all( the bags have a couple of small holes but that seems like normal wear and tear.)
