I have been looking at an electric knife sharpener for two years and Smith 's Handheld Electric and Manual Knife Sharpener, was a pleasant surprise. It does a good job on mostly deer hunting knifes( from old carbon steel to new stainless steel). It was especially useful for sharpening some knifes that had been relegated to the tackle box etc. becuase they were too difficult to keep sharp. Would recomend for any hunter who wanted to speed up their knife sharpening chores!
