I coach a U12 Boys competitive team and selected this shirt( and the 3/4 GK pants) as our gear. The attention to detail is outstanding. Very well designed and thought out. Great pad placement, material used( mesh to air out certain areas), and it's not too bulky. It has a nice athletic fit. The GK's loved it as did the parents. It's the best combination of form and function I 've seen for a GK. Tips on fit- My GK's are average height and lean and fit for U12( i. e. they 're 11). I normally would have tried the YL. It is on back- order and they suggested an Adult Small. The fit, because of the size increase on the boys, was not compression but not too loose. It fit like a normal GK shirt with an athletic fit. The GK's liked the shirt and the fit as it was not too tight. Storelli offered the YL when it arrived but we decided to stick with the Adult Small. Bottom line is that if your GK does not want compression or if you 're questioning whether one size increase if enough move up one more as I did. Great customer service as well. And if you have n't tried the 3/4 GK pants you should. They are true to size and extremely nice!

I bought these about 3 months ago. Ive used them for around 13 games. And I love them, My fingers feel great and the finger support works well. I used to sprain my fingers almost every game with my old gloves but now I have not had an issue. They fit my hang comfortably and I would buy these if you need keeper gloves.

One negative was that I ordered it online and the package came pretty beat up and looked like one glove had been removed from the package already at some point. Have ordered gloves from another( soccer) retailer and did n't have this issue at all, so something for DSG should be aware of. Especially important for new gloves to stay in the package to maintain the quality of the latex. So far seems ok for this pair though.

I purchased the S/M for my son( just turned 5). I also purchased him the Nike Kids' Chaser FG- R Soccer Cleat in an 11. They look great together and fit well. We purchased separate shin guards for our older son when he was this age and they rubbed his ankles. I am pleased we went with this option. They are a little hard to get on sweaty feet.

These are the only shin guards my son will wear. He loves that there is n't Velcro rubbing on his calf. They never move out of place and there is never a need to make adjustments. It is also nice that they provide padding on the ankle, which most slip in shin guards do not. Since he plays several days a week, I own two pairs. I wash them on a normal wash cycle in cold water after every use, but I do not put them in the dryer. They wash very well and have lasted an entire year( my son plays year round). He does not have any difficulty getting them on, but after the game when his feet are sweaty, they can be difficult for him to remove independently. My son wears a size 13 cleat and has a wide foot- the M/L fits perfect. I highly recommend these shin guards!
