The only two issues that I had with it was it seemed like the waist belt was a little bulky if you did not want to wear it and it was way bigger than I thought it was going to be! I love that the suspension is very comfortable for walking a mile plus from a bus stop or train station( I have only used it on one trip so far but had to walk a mile from the train station to my hotel and this was fine) but it also zips away( which I did when I left the bag at that hotel because it was too early to check in). My daughter is always decked out in Nike and Jordan, so this goes perfectly with her Nike court shoes and Nike pros that are also black and white.
