I have one of these. It is massive. It is solid as well. I think I 've accidentally bumped the top of against a ceiling at least 4 or 5 times and not a scratch on it, no dents or cracks either. I have been able to fit an absolute ton of stuff in it. Aerodynamic? Sort of. It will reduce your MPGs by at least 4- 5mpg on the highway. But you are getting a super huge place to store items. Rugged, built well. If you do n't abuse it, it will last.

A little background- back in July, I started on my weight loss journey. Even though I was going to the gym 2- 3 times a day and working full time, I would often use a reusable grocery bag to hold my gear. In September, I hit my goal of 25 pounds and treated myself to a new bag. I needed a bag that: 1. Did n't look like a gym bag. I did n't want a duffle look since I had to take this with me into work as well 2. Was big enough to actually fit clothes. Some days I would have two pairs of shoes, a swimming suit, towel, hoodie and regular clothes in addition to the gym clothes I was already wearing. 3. Had different compartments to hide my valuables. I put my wallet in my bag rather than bring a purse, so I needed a way to keep them safe as well. I did a lot of research, and I found this bag. The price was right, but it was online only. I had some concerns if it would be as big as I needed. Well, it turns out that it surpassed my expectations! This has been the best bag I could have asked for. It can handle all my needs and then some. I use the front pocket for toiletries, middle pocket for my wallet and the big pocket for my clothes/water bottle. My keys and phone go in a side pocket, and I 've had no issues. The best part is how easy it is to carry. I 've found with duffles or other bags that I would throw it on a shoulder that would then fall off. With this, I have no issues. It's so easy to adjust and throw on( or into the car). AND it does n't look super obvious at work that I 'm working out. So while there are a lot of reviews for this bag from student athletes, it gets a thumbs up from an adult gym rat too!

Works great. Like most Thule products the instructions are at best vague. Plan on redoing it at least once. The biggest challenge is the integration with the Caprock. When you put a Caprock over the back you take off the cross bars. So now you have two crossbars with no known future to store or throw away( bleh). I would also note that another three inches in height would make the product much more versatile, as others have noted. All- in- all though a great product!

Like it so far- we have a Rav 4 Adventure and had to put the rack in the middle which makes it a little harder to get the Kayaks on the roof. It might have been better if we bought two separate units so they could be closer to the side of the Rav. Also with the support straight up, the bigger Kayak needs to be held until you get the first strap on it. All that said, the rack seem strong and the Kayaks rode well.

I bought one of these for both my son& daughter. It holds ALL the gear and rolls SO smoothly while also still handling rough terrain! My super organized son loves all of the different compartments. My ONLY drawback is that the water bottle sleeve isn ’ t holding up well…the mesh is starting to tear already. We just know now to use only lighter capacity bottles there and there ’s still plenty of room for larger bottles IN the bag.

Needing lots of hydration while golfing in FL and KY; got this cooler and it hasn’t let me down yet. 6 rounds of golf and my drinks( water bottles- some with iced tea) have been kept cold over the typical 3. 5 to 4 hr rounds. The insulation on this cooler bag is first class! I usually put a plastic ice block in the cooler and it works great. Sometimes I’ve just placed cold drink bottles from the fridge and they are still cold a couple of hours into the round. Another great product from BagBoy. Thanks.
