I have this ball return as well as the Puttout mat and gates. I 'm my opinion you need the gates to fully benefit from this device. The gates allow you to ensure the ball is coming straight out of the face as it tracks into the cup. The one improvement I would like to see in future versions of this device would be more pronounced guardrails on with sides of the cup as well as a backstop at the top of the ramp. These changes would allow me to hit putts that simulate much longer putts than the relatively short mat allow. The Puttout mat is the very best mat I have found. This is the greatest training aid I 've ever used. It seems like most people use it for warmups, but I get much more out of it. It's so heavy that it's uncomfortable to swing incorrectly. When you swing it you can* feel* everything you 're doing wrong. You can feel your early release, your flips, your power bleeds, everything. Then you can tweak your swings until you find smooth, continuous motion with no awkward manipulations. I swung the thing for barely an hour and turned my weak, wristy fade, into an effortless fast draw. It will be fun to hook the ball for while instead of slicing it.

I bought these with skepticism- Nike usually has good looking shoes, but often underdeliver with quality and functionality. These shoes get the job done. I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

Do n't know how these caught my eye but as my title explains I am an Adidas fan. These are probably the first Nike sneakers I bought in 20 years or more. Excellent product. I have space restraints in my house so I 'm always looking for ways to get a good workout with out dedicating a whole room to the endless pieces of workout equipment.
