I bought this box and love it. In a very strong storm the back of the box blew off the box and I never found the back. I e- mailed Lifetime and they sent me a new back for the dock box. Although this was not covered by warranty( Acts of nature are not covered). Lifetime sent me a new back to the box. I installed t back correctly and it works like new.
