As a by women for women brand, many working women in, for example, the food service industry, need a comfortable black shoe. These would be perfect. I would certainly buy another pair, if black were offered as a color choice. I like the podflow EZ walker because the bungee closure is comfortable for my feet as I have a high instep and the shoelaces that tie on the other podflw model do not fit my foot as comfortably.

From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I 'm a flat- footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe does n't fit while I 'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I 'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I 'm 5' 1 '', and wear a 6. 5 in womens running shoes. It gave the shoe a sleek, modern feel that really stood out compared to traditional designs. Style- wise, I absolutely loved the look of the Glycerin StealthFit 22. The material of the upper has a clean, breathable, almost knit- like texture that not only looks sharp but feels great too. It feels like a shoe that ’s just as appropriate for a casual day out as it is for a workout. I got a few compliments the first time I wore them, which is always a good sign! That said, I did notice a couple of small things. While the StealthFit sock top felt great overall, it sometimes made my foot feel like it was slipping just a bit inside the shoe, especially on longer runs. It wasn ’ t a dealbreaker, but something I had to adjust to. And while I usually love cushioned shoes, the sole of the Glycerin was almost too soft for me. I didn??? t expect to like these as much as I do. These were perfect for the purpose I bought them for which was for Apple Fitness+ lower body strength workouts. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. The grip is also phenomenal on these, I??? ll have no issue upping the weight going forward! No cons though note that these are absolutely not running shoes, I wouldn??? t even try as they??? re much too firm/blocky for that.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. This is my third pair of Adrenaline GTS. A size 5 is difficult to find and often not true to size for me. I love that Brooks offers small sizes. I was also thrilled to see a bold, bright shoe. Not all women like pink, purples, pastels, black etc. thank you for the bold and bright yellow retro. I ’ ve been needing a new pair but kept holding out for something dazzling this one is! The GTS fits good and seems to have more stability then the 23. I ’ m a casual jogger, lift weights and do Tabatta. The GTS is perfect for all. The sole of the toe has a good grip which keeps my foot firmly planted when doing plank moves, burpees, squats an killer lunges. Thank you for a great supportive, comfortable shoe. I wore them right out of the box for a trip, walked 5, 000 to 10, 000 steps daily for 2 weeks and my foot did n't hurt at all. I liked them so much that I bought another pair. It stated that the React Phantom Run Flyknit 2 was unisex so I took a chance and bought a men's size 6( I wear women's 7. 5 in this shoe). Do NOT buy it in a men's size. The GT Cut 3's are the best court shoe that came out in 2024. They are a little pricey, but they 're worth it. They do take a few runs to break in, but after that they are amazing. They have the best traction, lightweight and just enough cushion to be comfortable yet responsive to quick movements. I got them for myself then got them for both my kids( 14 and 18).
