I have an injury under the ball of my foot and needed a shoe that absorbed the shock pressure every time I walked and this did the trick! I would suggest going up a half size from your normal shoe size though.

My only complaint is the elastic laces which bothered my instep. I switched to regular laces and they are fine. They 're probably the most comfortable pair of Dunks that I own. They do n't squeeze my foot AT ALL, the way previous Dunks have. I LOVE the green suede, it levels up the whole look in my opinion. I have arthritis in my left big toe joint, and tendonitis on the top and inside of that foot. I have been struggling to walk without increasing pain for the past 6 months, and have not been healing.
