It's very warm, warmer than I expected for so light a garment. Having the 1/2 zip neck is perfect to adapt to wind or temperature. My only suggestion to improve this hoodie is zip closures on the kangaroo pouch sides. I just would n't want to lose something stored in there. Gret item, glad I bought!

Like the other reviewers I was skeptical about how thin the material was. However, after wearing it snowboarding and Nordic skiing as a mid layer, it is awesome. The only downside I can tell is that the thumb holes are aligned in a way that sort of twists the sleeves. Also the seam line across the chest can be a little annoying to feel. Otherwise, warm and worth the upgrade.
