The 100 pound is no Mickey Mouse but for a gym with multiple users you may want to consider Ringside's 200 pound bag. I hope Dick's will consider selling the 200 because I would like to have that one in my garage to alternate with the 100. Swivel assembly mounts easily to a plywood panel for speed bag use. Only minor flaws to the base plate encountered( burrs were found on some of the base plate bolt holes openings and required removal prior to installation... easily remedied though). I 'd also recommend lubricating the bearing swivel joint with an aerosol grease prior to mounting it.
