This thing is a weapon. If you hit your long irons well and want a little more distance and lower penetrating ball flight then the UDI is the club for you. I struggle with hybrids and fairway woods but am very comfortable with 4 and 5 iron and was looking for a reliable fairway finder that won ’ t leave me so far out from the hole if I was to hit my 4 iron so the 2 iron UDI was perfect. I got it shafted and fitted to the same specs as my P790 iron set and it had quickly become my go to rescue club and longest iron choice.

Ordered as a replacement for my 5 wood and am very satisfied! It is very forgiving, even though it ’s supposed to be less forgiving than the other utility iron. If you play P790s then this is a no brainer to get a little bit extra distance.

Have had a chance to play a bit with these and am very satisfied with them. I am finding that I am spending more time on the fairway than my previous clubs. I wasnt too concerned with looks, distance, or sound. I was only concerned with improving my shots which I feel they 've done.

As always with TaylorMade, outstanding quality, a touch more distance with Qi ’s, mainly see more consistency performance wise. Hybrids are a game changer for me. My days of carrying a 4 and 5 iron are over. The hybrids filled a yardage gap for me. Well done!
