If I practice what I 'm learning for a few minutes multiple times a day, I 'll develop the muscle memory faster. I did n't think having the tee would matter-- I was wrong. I 'm not practicing with a ball but it has be totally focused in the right spot. The mat's weight is heavy enough that it does n't move when I swing and hit the mat. It also has a handle in the end, which makes it easier to carry. For me-- I 'm so glad I bought it and paid the extra ten bucks for the better mat.

I was looking for a hitting mat to use with my golf net in garage area. This mat ’s metal plate gives a sold feel when hitting and does not slide on concrete floor. The mat has Plenty of hitting area and a tee holder for the woods. I would recommend this mat 5 stars.
