I have been dealing with golfer's elbow for over a year. I get a lot of pain when I play and even when I do simple things like opening jars or doors. This product has helped me out considerably. I can play golf mostly pain free now. One of my buddies was dealing with golfer's elbow and I had him try one out too and he says the same thing. We do n't know why it works, but it does.
