Recently changed from a spider T7( which is more boxy with back wings like a Jetsons car, yet still very stable& nice) to spider V. The V just seems to inspire a bit more confidence for me and easy to line up and aim. Great roll off the face with both putters, amazing grip, easy to judge the speed, just slightly better accuracy with the V for my stroke. We all know that putting can shave a few strokes off one's score at the end of the day, and the more putts that find the bottom of cup vs grazing slightly by makes all the difference. V is the way to go for me.

I have been searching high and low for the perfect putter. I have tried many including a few from Odyssey. I 've had decent results but was never fully satisfied. Well with this odyssey 2 Ball Ten Tour Lines S putter, I declare my search complete. I absolutely love everything about it, the weight, the feel off the face, the roll, and less importantly, the looks. Alignment is a cinch. And keeping the putter on line with proper putting technique, is equally easy. I am rolling in more longer distance putts than ever. Some may say its a bit pricey. But if you consider it is the one club in your bag that you swing the most, it's worth every penny if it works for you as it does for me.

This is one of the better mallet putters on the market right now in my opinion. I game a competitors mallet version( not two ball), which I also love, which has a reputation of being very firm off the face. I was concerned from the reviews that this would be too soft. Happy to report it is n't, in fact I like the feel slightly better than my other mallet.. Also, I think this putter is miles better than the previous Ten version, which I owned with a jumbo grip. The two ball alignment is fantastic as is the standard grip. Best part is that it does everything very well, short medium and long distance and looks great in the bag! Putters fly in and out of my bag, but not this one( yet at least haha).... well done Callaway.

This putter is about as close to automatic as it gets. The stroke lab shaft really helps with tempo and the head is super stable and forgiving. As long as you hit it on the hinges it ’s going on line. Speaking of the hinges, they do an incredible job of getting the ball rolling quickly, especially on long putts. No more of those little jumpers! The feel is a little bit different, but it is easy to get used to—especially when you see the results! Can not recommend highly enough.

I had an odyssey versa I liked alot but it was older and needed an upgrade, I said okay it's time to get a mill putter being all the rage today. I figured Odyssey ’s toulon mill putter would be a perfect fit. Boy was I wrong, I can see why hardly anyone putts with them, not a fan at all. Sure it's a good putter but it's super expensive, for that price you can find much better imo. I used to be a fan and user of Scotty Cameron putters. Tried them all over the years, and they were trusty, reliable and high quality. But then that other Scottie came along... Scottie Scheffler... and I watched his putting game remarkably improve using the Spider X. While I 'm no tour pro, I 'm a single digit handicapper and I know that better putting can knock 3- 4 strokes off each round. I went to the TaylorMade custom shop and designed my ideal version of the Spider X... shaft length, colorway, loft/lie, grip, etc. I was motivated to have mine look like Scottie Scheffler's for the confidence it inspires. The putter arrived a few weeks ago, and it looked great and felt amazing in my hands. I immediately noticed a reduction in the number of missed 5- 8 foot putts. You know, the ones that can make a difference between getting more birdies or worst case helping avoid turning a 1- putt par into a bogey. Putters are personal things, of course. Some like face- balanced, other prefer toe- down. This putter just feels great, and it feels 'right' in my hands. I 've played with this putter a few times now and I 've never putt better in my life. Used to always be a consistent two- putt on the green, and now I 've been knocking down some 20- 30 foot putts to save those pars and gain some birdies. As for the look and feel of the better, I could not be more impressed. The head cover is a luxurious leather with some nice magnets to close it. The shaft and putter head look slick- I mean, it's a sharp looking putter. Highly recommend this to anyone who prefers a blade style putter. The only downside I noticed is that on faster greens, the putter feels a bit heavy. It does come with the heaviest weights- 25g, so I 'm going to purchase the weight kit to give myself a bit more control on faster greens.

I am not sure why anyone is giving negative reviews to this putter. With the the two tone head, it ’s very easy to set up. The weight of the putter is great, and has a great feel. The insert feels a little firmer than the og white hot to me. The distance control is great, maybe if people are having problems, they aren ’ t used to the counter balance and how the head is front loaded. The only negative I can agree with is the price. But there are a lot of used ones out there, which is where I found mine. The other negative would be wanting the white hot insert all the way across the face like the double wide. Wouldn ’ t change the way it plays, just how it looks.

Went into Dick's Sports intending to purchase an Odyssey putter with Stroke Lab shaft which was on sale and ended up walking out instead with a new LAB OZ1i having the milled insert, stock shaft and 2 deg. forward lean. I liked the firmer feel with the OZ1i insert and used Dick ’s 'Trade in Policy', which helped to reduce the cost of the LAB putter. If you are considering a Zero Torque putter by any of the manufacturer's out there, IMO you should check out a good number of reviews( YouTube) and spend some time rolling putts with a ZT comparing it to conventional face balanced mallet putters. I spent some time on 'practice putting greens' getting used to my LAB OZ1i putter to get the most out of the Zero- Torque( ZT) feature. Discovered I needed to reduce my grip pressure when compared to my previous face balanced mallet putters, as I was manipulating the face instead of letting the ZT putter feature work in staying square to the line. My experience when using the LAB OZ1i, is that my previous directional accuracy issues have almost disappeared entirely after adopting a ‘ lighter grip pressure ’ and letting the ZT putter face do the work! That is the major advantage I feel with a ZT putter and this LAB OZ1i insert putter. Putting is about- Direction, Speed,& Slope of Green. I now just concentrate on the slope of the green and the speed of the putt! After determining the line to the cup, I ‘ position ’ the line on the ball to the cup line, then aim or ‘ square up ’ the putter line to that on the ball and make a stroke by rocking my shoulders while maintaining a grip pressure that won ’ t open/close the putter face! The accuracy seems repeatable and even though you won ’ t make everything, your missed putts seem to end up closer. Recently made the ‘ Longest Putt ’ in our weekly League, in addition to putting from 10ft on the fairway to a forward Flag position on the green rolling it to within 4 inches next to the cup. Never able to do that before so my OZ1i is staying in the bag! YMMV of course, as only you can tell if a ZT LAB putter works for you but it ’s worth a try if it can help lower some strokes.

I like this putter for slow to medium speed greens. Which is most of the greens I play especially in the winter here in San Diego. It has a great feel and soft touch even on hard strokes. Got the original PLD Anser 2 and played and loved it for a year or so... i never thought i 'd part with this putter. Just rolled the Anser D. The looks are stunning but I was blown away by the feel of this putter. It's amazing in every way. Graphite shaft is new to me but i am really liking it. I have always loved the shape of the Anser 2. Now I 've converted to the wide blade and I ca n't go back. Both excellent putters... for me the Anser D is superior in looks and especially feel. Happy hunting!

Grabbed the usual Scotty, rolled a few with a couple others and then grabbed a PLD Anser 2 that caught my eye. I fell in love and bought it. Odysseys best new shape. Sets up beautifully, has a square but soft, flowing shape that aligns naturally to the hole and the slant neck complements an arcing stroke. Have had this putter for a few months, easy to aim and shoot. Has nice distance consistency. The forward press takes a little adjustment, but I 'm seeing there is some leeway on how much you have to press it vs neutral, so you really just have to be aware of your alignment line no matter what amount you press and it's good.

I have had the White Hot RX# 7 for years so I was very excited for the S2S# 7. It feels incredible. Callaway took the tried, true, and tested# 7 and updated it to the newest zero torque style. I ’ ve used the oz1 and the S2S# 7 feels like a wonderful hybrid.

This putter required me to improve my setup from left hand low to a more normal right hand low grip. The shaft lean is built into the club. I was not getting the full benefit with my old grip. Now my direction control is greatly improved. I am 1 putting more from inside 8- 10 feet. My distance control has also improved and has reduced exposure to 3 putt greens. As the golf season goes on, I am expecting even more improvement.

The looks are stunning but I was blown away by the feel of this putter. It's amazing in every way. Graphite shaft is new to me but i am really liking it. I have always loved the shape of the Anser 2. I was in a golf store to buy some shoe spikes and a couple grips. The last thing on my mind was leaving with a new high priced putter, but I stopped by the putting room to roll a few for fun. Grabbed the usual Scotty, rolled a few with a couple others and then grabbed a PLD Anser 2 that caught my eye. I fell in love and bought it. I own 17 putters and rotate through them, never making up my mind to stick with any one of them... until now. I 've played about eight rounds with it and hours on the practice green. I ca n't put it down. The feel is amazing. I have never felt another putter that has this feel. It's just quality and inspires confidence. It's soft, but not white insert no feel kind of soft. More like how a muscle back feels when you hit it pure, only easy to make great contact. I 'm thinking about listing a bunch of putters on ebay because I ca n't imagine ever putting with anything else. For the first time in 40 years of playing golf, the only thing I feel like blaming for a missed putt is a bad read. This putter is perfect.

Just bought the milled PLD Anser D. I believe that it outshines the Cameron milled putters, and that is saying a lot. It is well balanced and smooth as butter. Its hybrid Anser shape suits my eye and feels a part of me. I feel confident on the greens and that is 90% of putting IMO.

I was fortunate to meet a Callaway rep at a golf store who watched me hit many putters. We discussed my stroke and the Jailbird Mini Slant was the correct putter for me. I have a lot of arc in my stroke and this putter works extremely well for me. Am making more putts, a few more birdies, leaving long putts close for easy two putts. Good distance control and overall feel.

I went thru a putting fitting at Golfcart, looking for a putter w more feel and a softer touch, esp short and mid- range putts. Fitter suggested to try a bigger head w an insert or milled type of finish. I absolutely( so far) love the sense of the ball coming off the face of the club. I think it's going to be a winner. I 'll return to edit after I play a few more rounds.

I 've played with this putter twice since I bought it. The first time, one of the guys in my regular group remarked that, `` It was a good purchase. '' I made 3 birdies with it that day. What I like about it, other than it looks great on the ground, is that, due to the elastomeric insert, the ball comes off dead instead of jumping off the face. This makes it much easier to judge distance. Also, the insert does n't accentuate faulty strokes like milled metal faces do. The lie of this putter lines the shaft up with my forearms, and I also like the amount of toe hang vs. face balance, which is about 45 degrees- this provides stability through the stroke but also allows me to roll the toe closed without feeling like I 'm fighting the putter like I do with fully face balanced models.

Best putter I 've had in awhile. The last few years I 've used my Scotty Cameron( Newport II); however, it always felt like there was not enough weight at the bottom. But the White Hot Versa has perfect weight distribution& it looks good too.
