This putter is awesome. I got it after a fitting and could not be happier. I was using an old style blade for many years but wanted something a bit more forgiving, but without sacrificing feel. I wanted to explore a mallet or half mallet. This putter seems to have the perfect blend of weight, feel and accuracy. I have found it easy to use for long lag putts and more accurate and easier to keep on line than my prior putter for sinking shorter putts. It does n't hurt that it looks great too.

I am in love with my Scotty Cameron 2023 Super Select Newport 2. 5+ putter! I switched from my Odyssey Stroke Lab Double Wide putter to the SC and the main thing I noticed about the SC was how well balanced it felt in my hands. I have played 3 rounds with the SC and the “ feel ” I have using the SC is helping me putt with better touch. The Odyssey is a good putter also. But the “ feel ” I have with the Scotty gives me more confidence to believe I can make my putts!

Went to the local golf galaxy, and tried around 20 putters. Lab, Scotty Select, Phantoms, Sik( LA), Odyssey, Evnroll, Taylor ’s, everything. I could tell as soon as I lined up the 11. 5 that there was something about it. The look and top line just oozes confidence for me. I didn ’ t buy it right away as I have played a blade my whole life. Went home and could not stop thinking about it. Wasn ’ t sure if I loved it or was over thinking it but I ended up ordering one. This putter is absolutely pure! The feel off the face is crisp and very responsive. You can definitely tell when you hit the center but it also performs extremely well on slight miss hits. The long sight lines and angled cuts on the head make alignment very easy! The short slant neck on this putter is also done perfectly; and if you have a slight arc to your stroke, this thing will basically swing itself. It also does n't hurt that it looks stunning! Highly recommended!
