Read reviews and decided to use the new 2024 Tiur Soft golf balls. They are excellent for my game. The launch is high off my driver and approach irons. Do to the launch angle, shots into the green stop quickly, very little run out.

I ’ ve been playing these balls for about 10 months. I ’ ve tried a few times to get into a firmer ball, but I come back to the tours every time. Very nice ball flight and I get good distance with my driver, fairway woods, and irons. It feels good off the putter too. If they changed anything about this ball the only thing I would ask for is a little more check green side check up.

I bought these balls because they had all the specs I was looking for and so I hoped for the best. They were also at a great price point. Very happy to say they did not disappoint in any category. Feel, distance, spin and durability were all as good as any ball I 've ever played and I 've played all the top brand urethane balls as an 8. 7 hdcp player who was once a 4. 2 hdcp. We ca n't stop the aging process unfortunately. This ball really fits my game right now as a 75- 80 compression offering. Mfg in the Foremost plant in Taiwan where TaylorMade, Encore, Vice and Wilson are also mfg. Not to say all these balls are the same as they are all mfg to different ball designers specs, but this plant must be a quality production facility to mfg such reputable brands.

Frequently Asked Questions For Tour Soft Yellow Golf Balls

Soft golf balls are designed to provide enhanced feel and control around the greens, making them ideal for players who prioritize short game performance. They often feature lower compression, which can help with distance for slower swing speeds. Additionally, the softer cover material can improve spin, allowing for better shot shaping and stopping power on the greens.

Choosing the right golf ball depends on your playing style, swing speed, and personal preferences. Players with slower swing speeds may benefit from softer balls that compress easily, while those with faster swings might prefer firmer options for added distance. It's also important to consider factors like feel, spin, and durability based on your typical course conditions.

Soft golf balls can perform well in various weather conditions, but their performance may vary based on temperature and humidity. In colder weather, softer balls may feel less responsive, while warmer conditions can enhance their performance. It's essential to consider the course conditions and your playing style when selecting a golf ball for different weather.

Soft golf balls typically feature a softer core and a cover made from urethane or other soft materials. The core is designed to compress more easily upon impact, providing a better feel and increased control. The cover material also plays a crucial role in determining the ball's spin and durability, with softer covers generally offering more grip on the clubface.

Soft golf balls generally provide less distance compared to harder balls, especially for players with higher swing speeds. However, they can offer better control and feel, particularly around the greens. For players with slower swing speeds, soft balls can help maximize distance by allowing for better compression at impact.
