I purchased the new Chrome Soft to see if there was a difference from my older Chrome Soft golf ball. I enjoyed the flight off of the driver, I need to measure to see the improvement but it looks like there is a distance improvement. The ball flight from the irons was great and the action on the green acted the manner in which I wanted it to. The putting was great in that it had a great feel and roll, resulting in me making 8 one putts on my first round.

I read a lot of reviews about this 2026 version. I am a senior trying to reclaim some lost distance. I found one reviewer, youtube, who found 5mph increase in ball speed over the previous version with his driver. So I field tested it during a round against the new 2026 AVX. The 2026 chrome soft, for me, was consistently at least 10- 15 yards longer than the AVX. Sort of fits with that 5mph increase review. I am happy.

I 'm a 9 HDCP, so certainly not highest- level, but I can play a bit on a given day. So many quality balls to choose from, the reasons I love Chrome Soft are the feel primarily, and I really feel it holds up with all others in terms of distance and accuracy. I have no issue getting it to flight high and come down softly in order to hold greens. Again, I love the soft feel on and around the green too. Great stuff.

I want to start by thanking Callaway for supporting our service men and women. This was a deciding factor between two companies and the other starts with a T. Took a chance with the Tour X and ordered 5 dozen. Man is this ball long, great spin out of the sand, chip shots are easier now, and accuracy increased 10 fold. First time since my late 20s I took a new ball to the course and played the whole round with one ball. I will continue to buy your golf ball, in my option the best golf ball I have ever played. I ’ m so excited for golf 24 and my confidence is higher than it had been in 20 years.

I found a Callaway Chrome Tour X a few weeks ago, and decided to play it on the next hole. WOW! These balls jump off the face of all clubs like lightning! I bought the bulk pack which should last me the rest of the season. I played ProV1x before and can say the Chrome Tour X surpasses the ProV1x by miles! Ball speed( on GC Quad) increased by 15mph. Absolutely the best ball I 've hit in a long time! And the plus with the bulk pack, you get 1 dozen FREE!!!

These golf balls have a great feel for your short game and give very good distance
Yellow golf balls are designed to enhance visibility on the course, making them easier to track during play. They often feature advanced technology for improved aerodynamics and distance. Additionally, many yellow golf balls are constructed with soft materials that provide better feel and control around the greens.
Yellow golf balls primarily differ in visibility, especially in low-light conditions or against green grass. While both colors can offer similar performance in terms of distance and feel, many players prefer yellow for its enhanced tracking ability. Ultimately, the choice between yellow and white comes down to personal preference.
Yes, yellow golf balls can be used in various weather conditions, including overcast days where their visibility is particularly beneficial. They perform similarly to white golf balls in terms of distance and spin, regardless of the weather. However, players should consider their visibility preferences based on the specific conditions they are playing in.
Yellow golf balls can be advantageous for players of all skill levels, particularly those who play in varying light conditions or have difficulty tracking traditional white balls. Beginners may find them easier to see, while experienced players may appreciate the enhanced visibility during critical shots. Ultimately, any golfer looking to improve their tracking ability may benefit from using yellow golf balls.
Yes, yellow golf balls are engineered to provide the same performance characteristics as their white counterparts, including distance, spin, and feel. The color does not affect the ball's construction or technology, so players can expect similar results on the course. Choosing a yellow ball is primarily about visibility rather than performance differences.
