My son wanted an ebike for Christmas and I 'm so glad we got him this one! He loves cruising the neighborhood with it along with his friends. I only wish it had a more standard charger and an option to purchase parts such as an extended range battery. It would be really nice to have one on standby and swap them out when one is dead instead of having to wait to charge it.

I got this bike about a week ago and it has quickly become an every day item! Living in a big southern city, transportation can be tough. Trains aren ’ t that good and parking is hard to come by. This bike allows me to get to places quickly, sometimes even faster than my car, while still being able to keep my parking spot! He went to ride it yesterday after it had been charging from the day before and nothing. My son in law checked the voltage on the batteries and they are fine. HELP!!!! I live in the desert ours works fine, lasts 30 minutes. All of the bad reviews are in cold weather. Batteries don ’ t do well in super cold temperatures EVEN TESLA BATTERIES. Pretty common knowledge. He ha shad it three years works the same it did since day one.

Sad to see so many troll reviews. My son has so much fun riding the 360. Never once has a chain fallen off, it's thicker than a bike chain. And he rides over some curbs. I 've only had to replace the battery after 18 months of nearly every day use. That was simple too, Allen head steering bolt 6 philips on the cover and a battery strap, snap clip connections and 15 minutes later, he's spinning again.
