These are great for blocking the sun on the arms so you don ’ t have to use so much sunscreen. I am normally wear size medium, and the small/medium were a good fit if you like them very snug. Medium/large would be more comfortable but with a looser fit.

I ordered Size Small and it ’s loose on me. The sleeve kept sliding down my arm. I am 5 ’ 2 ”, 125 lbs. The quality of the sleeves are excellent…the fabric is not too thin, not too thick. When it stayed up on my arm…it did its job…protected my arms from the hot Hawaiian Sun and kept my arms cool. I ordered 3 colors, black, white and beige. I will figure out a way to keep them up on my arm…somehow secure it to my sleeves.
