[ I recently had the pleasure of using this fantastic 6- person tent on a camping trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Although it ’s labeled for six people, it comfortably fits four with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, but that ’s common for tents and I expected that going in and in a survival scenario you probably could squeeze six in there. The black- out interior is really nice as it provides a perfectly dark environment for a restful night ’s sleep, even if the sun is still out as can be common during the mid- summer evenings. I thought the interior would be hotter being mostly black, but it actually wasn ’ t bad. Regardless we were camping during the summer, so we opened the air flow flaps that still have a mesh covering to keep out bugs but allow for additional cooling. What truly impressed me was the ease of setup. I was skeptical of the 60- second advertisement for setup, but I actually had the tent pitched and ready in under 60 seconds, which made settling in a breeze and left more time for enjoying our surroundings. The design is intuitive and straightforward, making it ideal for anyone new to the outdoors. I will say that it is bulky, so there would not be a way to take it on a backpacking trip, but it is great for and really shines at a campground site. It ’s in a long bulky bag, so it might be a little difficult to pack in the car with camping equipment. Overall, this tent combines comfort and convenience in one nice package.

Just took this tent camping for the first time. I thought the blockout technology was going to be a gimmick... BOY WAS I WRONG. it was so dark i literally had to have a flashlight to go into my tent. really enjoyed camping in it. it was easy to setup, easy to pull down. lots of space inside. came with a center divider that was not see through. 2 doors on the `` front '' and one on the `` back ''. I 'm going to be completely honest. I went camping one time and it rained so long and so hard that my tent literally flooded inside to 2 1/2 inches of water. I really would love to be able to buy a full rainfly for this tent to make me completely satisfied. I 'm always skeptical of `` water resistant '' tents. Other than that, this tent rocks and i actually want the larger 12 person or 3 section cabin tent with blockout tech. i think my only gripe is that it does n't have a door matt with it. but that is not always a bad thing, and i understand that. PLEASE LET ME BUY A FULL RAINFLY FOR THIS!

Used for the 4th of July holiday. It was 114 degrees out all 4 days. The tent worked out great. We were able to sleep in until around 8 am because it stays so dark but of course it got hot inside with the extreme temps. Any tent would. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. The setup is a breeze, the double doors are also super convenient and the UL3 has great storage options inside for both of us. The ultralight tent material is very thin, so I hope it remains durable through more uses. I went in there in the morning it was so dark so I do have to say it does keep the light out super easy to put up for both of us of course we are fairly small women. These has thoroughly impressed me so far, we ’ ve used this tent for several years on several annual camping trips now. Our tent survived the winds of a distant tornado that passed through our town. The wind flapped so fast it melted the fabric sleeves covering the joints and exposed some melted foam. The rain fly held on with extremely minor wear, otherwise perfect condition. Set up is so fast, poles are permanently placed, just extend and click into place. The top was confusing at first. Little front&# x27; porch&# x27; area is convenient, as are the pockets on the front outside wall. Stayed dry inside after rain showers- put a tarp on the ground and the tent on the tarp. When we packed up we were surprised with some water between tarp and tent- tent floor inside never got wet. The original bag expands and the tent, when folded up neatly, fit back in to the bag and the bag zipped up. A con- I wish the screen windows were bigger so more air could flow into tent. Not a bad tent size- wise, but it came with NO directions but for 3 very small steps( I mean, SMALL) on the outside of the tent zip bag. Overhead fly takes a while to figure out; you need to attach one of the bottom clips, then another, then drag the fly over the top and continue snapping the clipper tabs as you go until all 4 are in place at the 4 corners. I will be contacting the company this week to ask for directions on how to take it down easier, as the attached poles are difficult to fold up. This is in no way a one- minute set- up.

I bought this tent long before the pandemic and have taken it car camping 2- 3 times a year since. Everyone loves how these set up so fast, including me, but putting it away is a bit more work, just FYI. I have found that sort of rolling it up and leaning on it with your body weight at the end works. I do n't think I 'll ever go back to the traditional pole tent set up. Favorite part of this tent is the mesh ceiling. If the forecast is dry, you can leave the rainfly off and look at the stars. After about a dozen times camping, during a windstorm, one of the pole connections broke and we 've had to hobble together a solution, but we 've taken it camping still at least 4- 5 more times since. P. S. It's pretty waterproof, but you really need to stake it well for the rain to go where you want it to. Also, because of the slanted walls, you do n't want your air mattress touching the sides during the rain either.

I bought this to replace an old pop- up which had bowed, bent and broke at the middle brace points. I bought this one specifically for the reinforced braces in the middle and it did n't bow in once even during a rain storm in the mountain of Southern CO. The vented top was perfect for the wind, which was n't super strong, but was moving the top quite a bit! Really liked the idea of closing and opening these vents. Even had one side closed& the other open during the rain so it would n't come in us while we were cooking! Also bought this because of parts replacements, even thought I have n't needed it, very nice to know that it's available! The issue we had when putting it up, was a screw in the inside leg at the bottom was n't put in straight and it was catching the outer leg from extending. You 'll want to make sure you have stakes or something to weigh it down with once you are set up. There's a back window that can be opened for more ventilation throughout the tent. Sand easily falls right off of the slinky nylon- like material. There was a bit of a learning curve to get it closed, but once you watch their YouTube video it really helps you get it down. Comes with storage bag and takes up barely any space in your trunk. Myself, my husband and my two kids( 7, 10) were all able to comfortably fit inside the tent together.

I am very impressed how easily I can set up and take this canopy down by myself. It's a must have when attending almost any outdoor activity- kids games, park outings, even birthday parties. I own two and my family often asks me to bring these instead of using whatever they own.

This is my third one- push tent. I issue it regularly for my preschool. I take it out in the morning when we have snack, and put it back right when we ’ re done. The one I currently have has lasted me 2 years! The one- push is not meant to be out in wind or rain. It is not a heavy duty frame. I learned the hard way when one day I forgot to put it away. The marketplace is sturdier and can be left up longer, but needs two people to set up. I love the one- push for camping and heading to the beach. It ’s super light and the roller bag makes it easy to transport. Shelter Logic is the best shade company hands down. I own several shapes and sizes since our property is large and hot! If you need something for rain and wind do not use an instant shade. The canopies will pool up with water, collapse and break the frame. If you call the company they will tell you the best shade for what you need. That ’s what I did.

I have n't used this at the beach or in high winds yet, so I ca n't comment on its durability in those conditions. I 've used it in moderately winter conditions though( 15 mph or so) without issue. I spend an enormous amount of time at my kids' outdoor sports events, especially soccer where there is no shade. This umbrella is perfect for that. Two folding chairs will fit under this even without the ground stake pole attached. Just open it like an umbrella and throw it on the ground and it's ready to go. But if there is wind, you 'll want to use the included anchors. It's also very light for the long walks to the field.

Loved this umbrella that we bought for our summer beach trip. You can anchor the back into the sand and use it as a canopy shelter or use it as a regular umbrella. Comes with a tool to be able to add into the sand which was helpful. I definitely recommend this umbrella.

Not a drop of rain made it into the tent. Winds were sustained at 40 mph with stronger gusts for two straight hours during the worst storm. Expensive, but worth it!

[ This tent is a little bigger than what we needed as a family( 3people+ 1dog) for weekend camping trips, but that's what we wanted. This is not a cabin tent so I do n't need to worry about high winds causing too much stress on the frame and tent seams. I love that I do n't have to stoop whenever I 'm inside the main part of the tent. The two vestibules created when the rain fly is on the tent are great for leaving muddy shoes outside but still under cover. There were plenty of pockets on the inside of the tent for our stuff and one great thing about them was that the pockets kept your stuff away from the walls... no morning dew on your stuff!!! Setup was simple; follow the directions on the tag of the tent bag. I tried to just logic my way through it the first time and one of my poles got a little bent... not bad, but I felt like an idiot. Followed the directions the text time and it went up easy. Also, 1 person can set this tent up, 2 people is better. 1 person can take this tent down without any difficulty. The rain fly has so many Velcro straps on the underside to wrap around the poles to help keep it in place. I used maybe 2 at each vestibule end and staked out the vestibules. The rest of the fly I left in place using only the clips to the main tent. We were n't expecting much wind so I did n't bother with the rest or the guy lines and the tent did just fine. Also, the seams are taped inside using some kind of flexible water repellant tape/adhesive... awesome!!! I ca n't say how many times I 've camped in the past and the seams are the first place where condensation forms and starts dripping... that's annoying. Taped seams should solve, or at the very least help with that problem. I would definitely recommend this tent.

[ I bought this tent a few months ago, in preparation for a multi- day trip to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. It is super easy to set up; I specifically like the colorcoding of matching orange poles to orange tent corners and silvery poles to white tent corners. I slept two nights on Third Beach and two nights on the Enchanted Valley trail. I love love love the front door, which means I can crawl in while keeping my feet outside the tent easier, thus dragging less dirt in. The material is thin, but it has robustness to it, and it kept all sorts of tiny bugs out. I like the ventilation options. I did get overly warm in the middle of the day if I was inside with everything zippered up, which means it 'd hold heat well in cooler temperatures. Did n't happen to have any internal moisture problems during my trip and it even rained on the last day. It was very nice being able to reverse fast- fly the tent in the rain. I was able to take down the inner portion while staying under the fly and on the ground tarp. Just a matter of disassembling it while inside and then popping the tent poles out of their holders, re- putting them into the tarp's holders, and doing that for all four corners. All of the pockets were great. I did take my big orange safety whistle and its necklace cord, and put the cord through a loop on the main overhead pocket in such a way as to fasten the pocket up a bit higher. It does hang a bit low once it's filled with stuff. Overall, this is a mansion as a one person tent with plenty of space to sit up and move around. I 'd have been fine also making this an actual two person tent with my partner, especially since with the multiple entries there's plenty of space to get in and out and store stuff. Overall, I 'm really glad I went with my gut and splurged on this tent. It's not the lightest out there, but I felt very safe in it since it was a standalone, rather than something that required needing stakes, and it did n't feel super flimsy.

[ The defining feature of this tent is that 3rd door and it is awesome! It's like a giant picture window. You spend all that effort hiking to some beautiful place, why not have a tent that allows you to continue to enjoy the view from inside the tent. It also does wonders for ventilation. The volume is really nice. The floor size is pretty standard 2- person. The gear loft over the foot area is pretty roomy. I kept a lot of seldom used stuff there while camping over the weekend. Off the floor and out of the way.

[ I did a lot of research trying to find a new tent. I was drawn to this one because of the 3- door feature, it being a somewhat lightweight backpacking tent, the awning setup for shade during my morning coffee, and the many many pockets and thoughtful design. So far I have used this tent once on a backpacking trip in Utah. It did snow one evening during the trip about 2- 3 inches and the tent held up just fine and I was completely dry inside. The tent is very intuitive to set up. I am looking forward to using this again.

This is a great product to use. Its very easy to apply and works great. I 've used it on my baby's stroller canopy cover to help it wick water away when its raining. I have also used it on my Rhino Rack Bat Wing canopy that I have on my Jeep so when I have the shelter spread out, I can have it at an angle to help the water run off and not puddle on my canopy when in use. We 've also used this product on backpacks and diaper bags to keep them dry when it rains as well.

I keep thinking my tent bought in 2021 is new. It's not- and it's been through some things. Big Agnes recommends using this to maintain it, and I 'm glad I got it. I noticed a difference in the water repelling qualities of the tent after applying it. I just have to trust the solar proofing part works too, but I 'm glad to spend a little to make my expensive tent purchase last longer.
