I love this tent. I have dividers so my young kids can be in the same tent but also feel as if they have their own. Enough room for air mattresses and has held up through Oregon rain.

Not to difficult to setup. Typical tent setup. Very roomy. It was us and our son and we had plenty of space for a twin air mattress and another larger one. Could have fit more people.

5 vickayyy_
This tent is huge. Plenty of room for you and several others. It is sturdy material and protects from the rain. It takes just minutes to put together and is super easy. You can customize ventilation which is nice. I definitely recommend this tent.

5 christyo63
Went camping with my sister and brother in law. This tent is big enough for 2 king air matresses and still have plenty of room for your bags and able to stand up some to dress.

5 coreyp15
I rented this tent for a weekend getaway with friends and it was perfect. Not recommended for extreme cold weather, but it was great for the moderate climate of Germany in September. We had a little rain with no leaks. Would recommend for mild to moderate temperatures.

Bought this tent a few weeks before heading to Wind River and Cirque of the Towers. Packs small and light, and was easy to set up and had plenty of room for two. Everything needed in a tent to keep my load light without giving up anything. Wish it came with the seams sealed, but I knew that going in and it was n't that difficult or time consuming.

5 ryanhunter7
As a long- time admirer of the Bibler I- tent, the Firstlight was a no- brainer for me. Love this tent. To the reviewer that commented on using it on Vancouver Island- yes, the coast will always be a difficult proposition for a single- wall tent; some my least comfortable/most clammy/cold/condensation- riddled nights have been spent up on Forbidden Plateau on the Island- in double- wall tents such as a Trango Assault. For the Rockies though( cold/dry) this tent is just about perfect( it should come factory seam- sealed though!). It ’s useable on the coast, but I just know to lower my expectations somewhat.

5 Mkhitar
Lightweight and reliable. It feels like a bit tight for two persons, but I guess that is the compromise for all the other benefits. Yes I would recommend the FirstLight P Tent!

I bought this tent after my big agnes broke after one season. I love this tent already, it has a ton of space and does n't just feel like a nylon coffin like other tents and feels a lot more durable than most of the garbage people are trying to pass off as outdoor gear. Time will tell but I think this tent will be a part of many of my backpacking trips

This tent is an absolute dream to sleep in. Lots of space. Great ventilation. Very light. I also love the color! My dog loves it, too.

5 Kent0
[ I really like this tent. The shape strikes a good balance of being roomy where you need it without wasting space. You can tell the tent was thoughtfully designed because they got the details right. I especially like the roll top storage bag that is so much better than jamming a wet tent into a bag. Setup was easy and quick- just two poles. For backpacking or car- camping, this is an excellent option.

5 MountainJ03
[ Absolutely love this tent. Have taken it backpacking and packrafting and it is my new go- to and do- everything backpacking tent. With durable construction and a spacious interior, I plan to be using this tent for quite some time.

My husband loved how fast it was to put up and take down.

5 Doug N.
We just used our new tent last weekend. It was easy to put up and take down, had plenty of room for a queen air bed and 2 adults with all our gear. It rained both nights and the second night was a storm like I had never seen before. It rained really hard for several hours, totally filling a 4 inch pot that was sitting outside. We were dry in our tent with only a very small amount of water coming in and most of it was near the door. We were very pleased with how the tent performed and would buy again. A larger storm flap, especially over the door would be a nice addition. So for all the reviews of people complaining about the tent leaking, please be realistic, if it is raining while you are camping, water is going to get into your tent, if it leaks like a sieve that ’s a different issue, maybe you have the tent set up in a bad area, if you have maybe a 1/4 cup of water in your tent after a rain storm that dropped 4 inches of water in about 3 hours, you have a good tent. Thank you Doug

This is my second purchase of the same tent because my dog ate my first one… But I absolutely LOVE this tent! So easy to put up and take down by myself and I love how roomy it is inside. I had my first one for three years and can honestly say that it ’s great quality and I never had any issues with rain.

5 Denise R.
We 've used this tent a few times and really like it. This weekend we had a heavy rain for about 8 hrs and the only leak was where the electric cord came in through the port... very little water. The only thing that could be improved with this tent is putting it back in the bag... it's a bit difficult. Also note when it's packed up it's very long and may not be able to be fit in a car. We have a Ford Escape and had to put the seat down to fit it in.

This is hands down the best 3P tent that I have ever owned. It is super roomy and I love the shape that allows for keeping your pack in the tent. Perfect for backpacking and car camping tents. I also love the color.

5 JRey16
[ My new favorite tent( green is my favorite color)! It was very quick and easy to setup. I love how roomy it is inside with the design style. It is super lightweight. The ventilation is great. I also love that the tent is waterproof and also comes with a footprint. I am very impressed with the quality/durability of all the pieces. I ca n't wait to go camping more this year with my wife and dog.

5 Apiary
[ This feels like a tent designed by people who actually spend time outdoors. The layout is simple but really well thought out, with steep walls that make the space feel bigger and more usable without adding unnecessary bulk. The materials and construction feel durable and dependable, especially in rough weather and repeated setup and teardown. The poles, zippers, and floor all feel sturdy without making the tent overly heavy, and overall it strikes a great balance between lightweight backpacking design and long- term durability.

5 ScottF
We prefer some extra space, so got this spacious 3- person tent for just two people. It's still very light weight with a quick setup and easy breakdown. You can leave the cover off for breathability in warmer weather or to just be able to look up at the stars. And the cover is lightweight and waterproof for rain or that early morning dew. We have a lot of accessories, so I appreciate all the storage pockets. The big doors on either side are also convenient so we do n't have to crawl over each other to get in and out. And even though everything is very lightweight it still feels sturdy. Overall a really solid tent.

I am an Outdoor Instructor and an avid thru hiker and I use gear like this for both work and pleasure. I am particularly impressed with how spacious this tent is for its weight. It comfortably sleeps two people without feeling too cramped. I am also a huge fan of the dual door design with two vestibules for gear storage, which are particularly useful in the rain. I also love the hook attachments for attaching the fly to the tent body! They are super easy to use and reduce the fly stretching, helping it to maintain its waterproof ability. The Strato UL 2 is perfect for camping and backpacking and will likely be the tent I take with me on my next thru hike. I definitely recommend this tent!

5 Kika
I ’ m a yoga instructor, trail guide, community scientist, and environmental educator based in Northern California. I need my gear to hike, camp, backpack, and practice yoga in northern California. I used it for a short overnight backpacking trip along the coast. The Strato UL2 tent is a ultra lightweight two person tent that weighs in at only 2 lbs 6. 7 oz. It can fit two, but you ’ ll be up against the walls. Very nice weight to space ratio, though, with thoughtful touches to reduce weight yet still provide comfort. It has clever placement of an overhead mesh pocket and two mesh pockets behind the head for easy storage. Double doors can come in handy for 2p( no crawling over another person to get out) as well as additional gear storage outside of the tent so you ’ re not cramped up. Doors have a top and bottom zipper, which I find preferable because it reduces the chance of it snagging. I also like that the waterproof fly is undyed and free of flame retardant chemicals. Due to the lightweight nature of this tent, I definitely recommend the footprint for a solid foundational layer. The Strato UL2 is a perfect tent for backpacking, and I look forward to using it on longer trips this summer.

I am the author of the Falcon Guide to Vanlife and Hiking Wyoming, so I spend a majority of my time hiking trails, backpacking, and living outside. My gear needs to be tough, multi- use, lightweight, and hopefully not take up too much space( to stay in the van). I travel mostly around Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. The Strato UL 2 Tent gets 5 out of 5 stars from me. I can ’ t believe how light weight it is vs how much shelter/space you actually get. The two doors is wonderful to have on such a lightweight tent and helps to make it a true two person tent. The two doors mean you ’ re not waking up your buddy or partner on the way to pee in the middle of the night. It also allowed space to make one side a “ gear garage ” and the other a more functional door. I also liked to amount of space I had at my feet. My pup appreciated it too:) There is a serious amount of “ living space ” in this tent. I wouldn ’ t even mind being stuck in the rain for a while cozy and bunkered down. I especially appreciated the solid lower canopy to keep dust, wind, and rain out. It also felt durable and even though I ’ ve used this a handful of times already, it ’s showing no signs of wear. My favorite part of this tent is how small it packs down to. Smaller than a loaf of heritage bread? Two nalgenes side by side? It ’s SMALL. And when my partner and I share weight, the sleeping bags are FAR bigger than what this tent packs down to. Nose goes for who gets the bags:) This product is ideal for lightweight backpackers in non- extreme conditions( think heavy snow).

I 've been camping and backpacking since the mid 80s and have used countless different tents of various, quality, materials, and sizes. This tent blows them all away. I was ready to pull the trigger on a Big Agnes Tiger Wall, when I found this. It has more space for essentially the same weight. There are a ton of little things that make this tent great and set it apart from others tents( that really are n't in the same class besides shape and capacity) besides space and weight. The details like how the poles attach, zipper pulls, sil nylon with no PU coating, and two way door zippers, set this apart as well. The materials are just the right denier too. It's light yet still fully featured with pockets in the right places, and innovative fly vents in the vestibule doors. Love love love this tent!

This tent does that too. Because of the the way the pole is bent at the foot end you get a nice vertical wall where your feet are( and the wall at the head is nearly vertical too). I 'd say it fits someone up to 6' 5, if they do n't mind having their head and feet touch the ends just a lil. It's also wide enough for two wide( 25 '') sleeping pads, so there's plenty of elbow room too. Love love love this tent!

Pound for pound the best two person backpacking tent I have used. I have used many different brands. This tent replaces a five year old MSR Hubba Hubba. This tent has much taller and straighter side walls. I am 6 ’ 4 ” and I had plenty of leg room. My partner is a petite women and I do think it would be tight for two large men. I have only used it once am pleased with the purchase so far. I did get rid of all the stuff sacks and replaced the with the one from my Hubba Hubba. I kept the pole/light tube.

5 Bryan G.
A car, backpacking or lightweight tent. Easy to set up and easier to fall asleep inside. Tons of room. Can do full set up with fly, no stakes, fly only( with ground cloth), tent only or shade only options. Worth the cost.

Such and awesome tent. Roomy with plenty of storage and options for setting it up. Customer service was very responsive and helpful.

I 've owned a lot of tents in my life.. but this one takes the cake!! Do n't get me wrong, I love my Kelty TN2, but the Telos TR2 is half the weight and has more interior room, plus it packs down to almost nothing which I love!! Have had this tent for a few months now and have taken it on a handful of backpacking trips. Have n't experienced more extreme weather in it quite yet, but I 'm really pleased with how it's help up so far. I think it's the perfect combo of lightweight, easy to set up, not terribly cramped with two people, good ventilation, and packability. For reference, The two tents I 've used multiple times before are the Copper Spur UL2 and the REI Flash Air 2. The Tiger Wall UL2 beats out both of those when trying to optimize well for weight+ comfort. I also love the Fast Fly Shelter feature. I 've recently set it up a few times at the beach for shelter and shade, but am unsure if the fly fabric protects against UV rays. Would be grateful if y'all could advise me on this. Thanks!

5 Rusty Pedal
I absolutely love this tent. It meets my comfort needs while being ultralight. The side entries are what sold it for me. I have never enjoyed contorting my way into front single entry tents. I find the double vestibules and doors to be so much more functional and comfortable. My partner and I sleep very comfortably in this tent. I 'm 6' 220lbs and she's 5' 10 '' and 130lbs. We 're not super small folks, especially me lol, and we find it very comfortable.

5
This tent is what I wanted in a backpacking specific tent. Lightweight, compact, easy to use, and provides enough protection to keep moving the next day. I 've used this tent in many different weather conditions, it's great in warm weather, and kept me going when recently struck by a snowstorm at 11, 000 feet in Colorado( image attached). I do have trouble with the door and fly keepers. They loop and tab fly keeper system feels to be attached too low on the fly body, so that the vestibule door tents to unroll and flop down. Overall this is a great tent that will serve me well in years to come.

5 Nadine
Nice backpacking tent. Withstood heavy wind gusts like a champ. If I could change a thing about this tent, then I would prefer that there would be only one zipper around the screen door. The way this is designed currently requires two hands always, which is n't practical. Otherwise, good storage options inside and super light!

5 Taylor
Just got my new Tiger Wall and have already used it twice. Did a mountain ridge hike and followed it up with a beach camp out. So far I love the tent- it's super light and compacts well in my compress bag. Really easy to clean and love the double doors for my girlfriend and I. The only thing I would mention, it would be nice for longer stakes in a more sandy environment.

5 GeorgiaCamper
I bought this tent long before the pandemic and have taken it car camping 2- 3 times a year since. Everyone loves how these set up so fast, including me, but putting it away is a bit more work, just FYI. I have found that sort of rolling it up and leaning on it with your body weight at the end works. I do n't think I 'll ever go back to the traditional pole tent set up. Favorite part of this tent is the mesh ceiling. If the forecast is dry, you can leave the rainfly off and look at the stars. After about a dozen times camping, during a windstorm, one of the pole connections broke and we 've had to hobble together a solution, but we 've taken it camping still at least 4- 5 more times since. P. S. It's pretty waterproof, but you really need to stake it well for the rain to go where you want it to. Also, because of the slanted walls, you do n't want your air mattress touching the sides during the rain either.

Honestly ca n't say I 've had any of the issues other people mentioned. I 've slept in the tent a few times now, including inclement weather. Once in the winter when it hit 17F and recently during during storms with driving rain. The winter I picked up frost on the inside of the fly with the vents open, would vent doors next time. During the down pour the fly wet out but the inside stayed dry. Nothing flapped in the wind or leaked water. The stakes supplied are plenty. I might spring for nicer stakes, but ca n't complain at the price point. Much more room than my Quarter dome. Not sure how you make it easier to set up? Match the colors insert the poles clip the clips- put the peak pole on top of the cross poles stakes in the loops. I 'll be in touch to see if I can get the bike pack poles for it.

5
I bought this to do some backcountry elk hunting in oregon. I am not planning to get more then 8 miles back so the weight is really not a concern to me even though its really not that heavy. Its definitely bigger then I expected as I have purchased cheaper 2- person tents in the past that your head was smooshed into the wall of the tent. Bottom of the tent is a little thin so I do suggest running a tyvek type ground cover underneath of it if you are running any type of sleeping pad. For the price it will hunt and sleep fantastic!

5 Hunter D
Took it out for a weekend and was very comfortable. Had some unexpected wind and rain and has absolutely no problems at all. Kept bugs out very well. Only complaint is the netting seems to stop too high up so the ventilation doesn ’ t make its way to the floor very well. Solid purchase either way and I can ’ t wait to use it again.

5 Howard K
I wore out one of these. Using it for solo car camping and short back packs to base camps. No heavier than any 4 season tent and quite warm with the high solid nylon walls. Mine was a little compact inside but fine solo. I had a couple who lived in one for a week. He was tall and she was petite. I like the basic stand alone pole system of a dome tent. The fly can be tied to maximize airflow and ventilation. I did buy a Tiger Wall, but I live where I can get `` factory '' deals and I 'll lighten my pack any chance I get, but I was ready to get another one of these and the vestibule!

This is our first tent in many years and we love it! Setting it up was a breeze( compared to my memories of tents years ago) and tearing it down was even faster! We are a big family( 7 of us) and there is plenty of room. I 'm so excited to use it for a trip once the weather cools down.

This tent is awesome!!! My husband is 6' 5 '' and even he can stand up in it! There's space for days!! It was also very sturdy and designed well to handle the elements. We 're super happy!

5 Chelsea A.
After researching tents for about two years( seriously! I read reviews on everything out there), I finally decided on this one and so far I could n't be happier with my purchase. I just returned from camping in this tent with two other adults for four nights. We all agreed that it's just the right size for four unrelated adults with all their gear( i. e. friends who would prefer not to sleep 6 inches from each other's faces); for the three of us, it was luxuriously spacious. I sprayed the tent and rainfly with waterproofing prior to the trip. We experienced two heavy thunderstorms and the tent did n't leak a single drop and the overhang of the rainfly even enabled us to keep the windows cracked. While it's not a bathtub- style floor, the seams are double- sewn in a way that makes leaks where the floor meets the wall nearly impossible. We appreciated the spacious gear pouches along the walls; the gear loft overhead is too high in the air to be able to easily reach to put gear up there( the center height of this tent is about 86 ''!) but the lantern hook is great. There are other thoughtful touches in the tent's design, as well, including air vents along the floor and fabric that covers the door zipper to prevent rain leaks. The significant number of windows ensured a well- ventilated tent that was bearable even when getting pummeled with midday direct sun. Set- up takes about 45 minutes; it's not hard but there are a number of steps. I think it will get a little faster as I get more familiar with the tent. I definitely would n't be able to set this tent up alone. All in all, it's comfortable, well made, and kept me dry.

5 Dave
You definitely need two people to set this up, but it is very easy to do. Has plenty of head room. I do n't need the divider but it is nice to have a second entrance/exit. Great having two stake down points under each doorway too.

A car, backpacking or lightweight tent. Easy to set up and easier to fall asleep inside. Tons of room. Can do full set up with fly, no stakes, fly only( with ground cloth), tent only or shade only options. Worth the cost.

5 Michael D.
Such and awesome tent. Roomy with plenty of storage and options for setting it up. Customer service was very responsive and helpful.

It is like the Big Agnes Copper Spur ul on steroids. Same architect, and many cool features to save weight.

I 've owned a lot of tents in my life.. but this one takes the cake!! Do n't get me wrong, I love my Kelty TN2, but the Telos TR2 is half the weight and has more interior room, plus it packs down to almost nothing which I love!! Anyways, if you 're an avid backpacker, do yourself a favor and go get this tent! Seriously, you wo n't regret it!!!

[ I bought this tent predominantly for backpacking or car camping. There is a chance I could bike pack, but that was not part of the decision to get this tent. I chose this slightly heavier tent over the regular backpacking tent because I wanted the decreased packed length. This allows me to put it in my backpack horizontally, and I keep the entire tent+ poles together. I chose a one person to keep the weight and volume down. I also appreciated having the loop straps on the top of the fly. During the BWCA trip last week, I frequently had wet socks, wet pant legs, and what other things to dry out. It was also windy during the trip. Once, I did put clothing in a pine tree. My friend later told me he picked up my stuff from the ground. After that, I always put my wet stuff under the loops on the tent. I love it! I had been concerned about the darker color of this tent compared to the backpacking tent. However, the color in the pictures is misleading. When I 'm inside the tent, I ca n't call it cheerful on the daytime but it's not dark and dreary. I do n't think it will soak up heat of the sun anymore than any other non- white tent will. I do like that it blends in better with the environment. I did purchase the footprint that also extends into the vestibule space. I 've previously had a tent with this feature and found it helpful. However, my friend has a BA tent with a traditional vestibule and he put a piece of plastic in front of his tent door. In the BWCA, the areas that we pitched our tents were often dirt. I found I had a lot of dirt on the footprint which kept me from sitting on it, etc. Meanwhile, my friend just simply lifted up his plastic and shook it out. We did get rain, so it's possible my gear under the vestibule stayed dryer. That being said, I do question if I 'm in this similar situation if I could just fold the vestibule back on itself and under the tent. And a grassy or less dusty situation, the footprint extending into the vestibule would be great. Otherwise, this review will likely apply to both the backpacking and bikepacking versions of this tent. My 8- year- old LLB 1- person tent I labeled my coffin tent. I do not feel the same way about this BA 1- person tent!!! This tent is a little wider, and I definitely have more headroom. It has a vent above which was a key deciding factor for my purchasing this tent. I hate tent condensation in the morning! I have a normal width sleeping pad And I can straddle it on hands and knees to adjust it and blow it up a little bit more. I can kneel in the tent and bend over in a squat to further make adjustments. I am 5 ft 7 in. ALL of the wonderful storage pockets kept so much off of the floor of the tent that it gave my body more space to move around. This is wonderful no matter what size version of this tent you get. I had a light jacket, a hat, and a shirt in the big pocket on the roof. The zippers on the tent open and close beautifully. Nothing got stuck. With the zipper on the fly I was a bit more careful, but all I did was extend a finger first in the direction I was traveling and that kept any material from getting caught. I am still figuring out all of the toggles, especially on the right side( facing tent) of the fly. It is very nice to open the doors wide, even if I do n't use the awning feature. THE VESTIBULE is Wonderful!! The vestibule in my old coffin tent would n't fit my backpack. With this BA 1- person tent, My 65- L ULA Catalyst backpack, a bait holder bag, shoes, my pfd, and a sm dry bag fit under the vestibule AND I still had room to enter and exit the tent. The vestibule rocks!!! The only thing that I do n't like about the vestibule is that there is n't a second smaller one. I do n't know if any 1- person tent has two vestibules. However, while this does allow one to set up the tent in smaller spaces, you are very restricted which way your vestibule faces. For ex, you may have to choose between setting up the tent so the foot faces into prevailing winds for safety... or setting up so you can open the vestibule doors and have a beautiful view of the mountains or a lake versus woods and weeds two to three feet from your vestibule if you set up for wind management. Setting up the tent was easy. The first two times I put the ends of the crossbars in the fly, it was effortful and I was concerned that I would do damage to the fly. Afterward, the material loosened up and it became easier. Clipping the fly to the footprint when I 'm also using the tent body is just a little awkward because cord material gets in the way of the clips. Guying out is much easier, quicker with the new adjustment pieces. There are two pieces of velcro to attach to the tent poles at the head of the tent. In the stake bag, there are multiple Velcro pieces and I 've not been able to find out what those are for. I bought two MSR groundhog stakes for two reasons: BA should have provided 1 more stake and I wanted two longer stakes to better anchor the tent in higher wind. During our BWCA trip, we did get a little rain but we got high winds during that time frame. Under these circumstances and with my roof vent open, I did n't get rain inside the tent. Also, with what both my friend and I felt were straight line winds, no rain got in the tent from under the tent fly. That being said, since the fly edges tend to sit up a bit higher from the ground to allow more ventilation, there was a lot of dirt and wood matter splash up against the wall of the tent. Luckily, the solid part obtained body goes high enough that nothing got inside. The inner tent remained dry. Packing down the tent and putting it and the poles in the available bags is okay. The bags are just wide enough if you pack things well. The stakes and their bag came packed inside with the tent and fly. I am a little concerned about the stakes being pushed in the bag with all of this other delicate material. My friend got upset with me because he felt I was taking too long to tear down the tent. I kept the fly on the tent body and attended to fold it all up together keeping the mesh on the inside, then stuff it in the bag. My friend felt I should just stuff each one in separately. I 'm not sure what's best, I just want to protect this more delicate material. That being said, my biggest concern for the material was when I was packing away the tent. Having the footprint down certainly protected the floor of my tent from any damage. Pros: mostly everything! Roof vent, large, practical vestibule, material loops on exterior fly, large tent body entryway, VG zippers, vestibule doors open wide, lots of interior pocket storage, a 1- person without being too confined, usually adjustable guylines, quick setup, appears to handle high wind well, why is not too dark, reflective elements on the tent keep one from tripping, fly zipper also zips from the top down, well- made. Cons: I guess the tent/tent pole bags could be lighter and the bags just the tiniest bit larger dia. The daisy chain loops are very small and not terribly practical. BA should include the missing stake. I would like for BA to also sell the bikepacking and backpacking poles separately. I could see someone wanting to own both depending on what situation they would be using the tent. I would also like BA to advertise that the traditional footprint and the extended footprint will fit both bikepacking and backpacking tents. Otherwise, the rest of my review will apply

5 Kai K
[ Lightweight, sturdy, easy to put up…this is a great little one person tent. My only complaint is that Big Agnes should include the footprint because the test is quite delicate and requires one.

5 Danno
[ First: Th tent is n't nearly as dark- colored as the picture indicates- it's light grey and white. Very easy to set up and comfortable inside. Vestibule is roomy. The shorter pole segments make a big, positive difference when packing a bike! The bag is great if you want the Molle straps, otherwise I do n't see the advantage( and it does n't fit the best with my handlebar bag system.

I bought a Fly Creek UL1 fifteen years or so ago, when it was new to the market and a revolutionary change in tent design. In the spring of 2024, I took it to Taiwan for a five week trip camping in the mountains, forests, and beaches there. I camped for a couple of nights just outside Taipingshan forest park, doing long day hikes in the park. A few days later, I was camped on the beach, and noticed sand and dampness on the floor of the inside of the tent. There were lots of little holes in the fabric, from gravel or something sharp. Totally my fault. When I got home, I wrote to Big Agnes to see if repair was an option. It was not. Replacing the floor was not cost effective or really sensible for a tent that old and that used. They offered me a discount on a new Copper Spur UL1, and I jumped at the opportunity. The side door and bigger vestibule is an upgrade, and so is the more vertical wall, created by the little cross piece at the apex of the tent. The materials are really light, but seem quite tough. I have had it out in big rain in the White Mountains in New Hampshire, kayak camping in the Merchant Islands in Maine, and in a solid wind on Mount Olympus in Greece. The tent is very small, but holds its own in a wide variety of weather conditions. It is easy to set up- actually free standing, as opposed to the Fly Creek, which needs a couple of stakes to stay put. I go back and forth between tent and hammock. When there is a chance for no trees, or I am uncertain about what will be available, I bring the little Copper Spur, and I have not been disappointed. It is very light but not stupid light, and packs down small. All thumbs up for the product, and especially for the service from Big Agnes. I 'll be back for another if this one ever wears out.

5 Pappy
I own the 2019 version and I absolutely love this tent! I got too old for my bivvy and wanted a tent that I could sit up in and with more space. I also wanted something lightweight that could easily fit on either my mountain bike or gravel bike. I put it in my Salsa Anything fork cage with the poles packed inside.( The poles can be packed separately in the included pole sack.) It packs nearly as small as my bivvy and for me, the extra weight is worth the comfort tradeoff. This tent is lightweight, easy to set up, sturdy against wind and rain. It also has lots of convenient storage nets and pockets inside and I love the vestibule space.( I noted `` flimsy construction '' as a con, but that's just the nature of a ultra lightweight tent. I 've used mine a LOT over the last 6 years and it has stood the test of time.)

[ I and my wife set this thing up after it was delivered, we didn ’ t notice any issues with the seams, zippers and so on. It surprisingly has a lot of room, we are both 5 ’ 11 ”, and we could lay in it with plenty of room left over for our dogs; 60& 50 lbs both approximately. Even at our heights, we had plenty of room to sit up, move around and simulate changing clothes and so on. It looked well made and the seams looked good, I am still going to spray them just to make sure though, but even if I didn ’ t, I doubt they would leak. I love the dark green colors, I am ex- military and like to keep a low profile if I can. If the millennial ’s and the “ Z ’s ” want the bright colors and the attention, let them have it. This wouldn ’ t be a tent for the “ uber- ultra light ” through hikers, but for day hikers, I think it would be fine. It appears to be very sturdy, which I think it would be great in snow/rain/wind. I think you get a lot for the price with this one, no complaints here and am really happy I picked it up!

[ I bought this tent for my first camping trip in many years, and it was great. Very easy to assemble with tons of features like pockets, door flap holders, hooks lining the top of tent for hanging lights, etc. The two air vents on the rain fly kept things breezy, even while keeping the rain out in the morning. Top notch design! Only downside I noticed so far is that the stakes provided were n't the strongest, and a couple were bent upon taking out of the ground.

I was looking for a new lightweight tent with room. After much research I settled on the Nemo Dagger 2P. The new fly material of the OSMO was of interest. As always, I just dove in and started setting up. The basic tent setup was very quick and intuitive. The fly took me a few minutes, but once I caught on that the hook ups are color codes it was a snap. The new material is interesting. Very light and almost feels like some type of paper. Even though it is thin, I did put some stress on it trying to put the fly on wrong the first time with poles poking it, but not a mark. I also did some tugging and it appears to be tough. I have n't been out in the rain yet so I ran a garden hose on it for about 15 minutes. While I did n't stake it out very well I did n't not any sagging and the water for the most part ran off. Not a great test, but something. It also dried very quickly compared to my old rain fly. Very impressed so far and cant wait to see how if hold ups over the season.

5 freddie_saw_this
Bought the Dagger 2P with Osmo fabric this spring and due to injuries just used it for the first time, car- camping at the Oregon coast. Set- up took about five minutes single- handed with my left( non- dominant) arm in a sling. Plenty of space inside for two, no issues with condensation even though it's very humid year- round at the coast. The zippers and tie- backs are so easy to operate with one hand, I love that. The Osmo fabric dries quickly. I 'm looking forward to backpacking with this tent!

5 B Davis
First tent purchase in 8 years so I put in a lot of research. The Dagger Osmo is the best 3 person option out there for my needs. Great weight and tons of livability. I was pretty surprised by the ventilation and no condensation on the first use. The poles and stakes are both high quality and I plan to take this shelter on a lot of trips!

5 Shamwow
Very spacious and lightweight tent. Plenty of room for two wide sleeping pads with room to spare for extra gear. It ’s been great on backpacking trips as well as car camping trips.

5 Chip
I purchased the 3P verson of this tent and have only had it for about a month now but can say its a solid tent. I like all the features that are included and it is perfect gor backpacking with a friend or partner. I feel like they really put alot of thought into the design and enginuity due to getting everything you could want for a trip without sacrificing anything ypu wish the yent offered. I would recomend this to anyone if they go backpacking often.

I 'd been wanting this tent for a while. I also have a Tiger Wall, that I adore, but the Copper Spur material us a bit less delicate and the ability to set it up with my poles and under the rainfly really does make a difference. The pole option helps with the weight and my first trek out with it I got trapped in a torrential downpour and appreciated the ability to do the rainfly, first so the tent did n't get wet at all. I use a 2 person tent for just me as I like the extra space and so it's one of my weight compromises. You do n't need to, but I keep my pack with me( I hang food and all smelly things, but keep my pack) because I use it to prop up my legs at night as I have lower back issues. The extra size is helpful so I can move the pack around when I 'm in it without sleeping. One thing that seems silly but makes a huge difference, for me, is the color. I dislike waking up in green or blue tents because of the light. The red and yellow of the Tigerwall and Copper Spur mimic, more, the color of the sun and so I wake up feeling warmer and more refreshed.

5 Kir
Nice tent, cool and cozy color! It does n't get dark inside the tent when camping near other tents with lights. Though set up and packing is easy and fast. When the tent is wet it dries fast, that's nice too. Material feels breakable, but it's can handel a lot! Cords could be more visible in daytime, tripped a couple of time due to clumsiness:). Would not recommend sleeping with 2 persons( im 170cm 68kg female, another me would be too tight and no room for two- person backpaking gear to keep dry in rain. Very comfy as a 1p tent though( reason I bought it).

5 Max Planck
The 2 person variant of this tent is perfect for backpacking trips with your dog. The tent has a tapered foot box, so fitting two people in it will require some coordination with sleeping pads, I prefer to keep my pack inside the tent, and there was plenty of room for my sleep system, my dog's sleeping bag, plus my pack/gear. It even kept us dry in a surprise snow storm at elevation. I 've also woken up to a soggy rain fly during foggy alpine evenings where the day/night temps vary a lot but the interior has always stayed dry. The footprint is sold separately and is a must have( or make your own). Easy to set up and guy out, good ventilation, roomy and lots of storage.

5 Ghlatta3
Comfortable ultralight that's an easy set up. I like the color- coded poles, tent and fly. The fly zipper tends to stick and/or catch, but not a deal breaker. I did tear the tent bag going through tamarisk fields and Big Agnes was kind enough to replace it for me. Great support! Thanks!

5 Sierra
I have owned a Copper Spur UL2 for 9 years now and used it on multiple backpacking trips each summer in the mountains of Colorado. My husband and I find it to be very easy to set up, durable, and lightweight. A couple years ago we noticed some minor wear to the tent and had it repaired by Big Agnes. We thought we might lighten our load a little and try out the Fly Creek but found it did not have high enough sides to protect us from the sudden rain and hail storms at high elevation. We are still using our original Copper Spur to this day and are very happy! I see there are some newer updates to the tent like increased storage inside and the option to convert the vestibule into an awning. I think anyone looking to enjoy the great outdoors would be well served by this tent.

I bought this tent a month ago. Used it on a winter camp out in March. Dug out about 18 inches of snow and placed the tent on top of the footprint. Set up was a breeze take down was a breeze. The tent created a micro environment which was significantly warmer than the outside tent temperature. Plenty of pocket storage as well as two doors and two vestibules. Tent fly goes to the ground and has fly extensions on which you can pile snow or simply leave alone to block out drafts. This tent is bombproof. I highly recommend it. Worth every penny

5 Le Rico
I have used this tent for 6 years for winter camping and during shoulder season. I have always been dry and comfortable. The tent is spacious for 2 people, which is nice for all the extra gear needed in the winter. It sets up easily and fairly quickly even with single person doing it. I have an older model with a window in the vestibule, which feel out and one of the fly velcro tie downs also feel off. Easy fixes, but not appreciated when it started raining. Overall a bomb proof tent that has seen multiple days of use and I would recommend it to other winter campers.

5 Deividas
This tent is pretty easy to carry in my backpack and I abosutely love this tent design! Poles are hard and solid for keeping tent stady in windy condition. Great protection from the rain! Considering how Iceland can get rainy this tent handeled very well, any rain did not get inside to the tent during my campings. Tent is spacious for 2 people! I fits my 88L backpack behind my head and some stuff by the side also for another person the same. I think this tent is perfect for 2 people. I like the big windows and there is two zipers for vintilations so far I have n't had any issuses with anything sleeping in this tent. Entarence zipers are great and solid. The base of the tent looks pretty solid I have slept on the rocks next to the glacier and It was fantastic! Also to take poles off the tent after the camping pretty quick and easy. Have slept in few other famous outdoor brands tents that is in the same price range and acutally I loved mine Marmot more than other tent that I 've slept in.

[ Was looking for a car camping tent, larger and more comfortable than the backpacking tent I 've had for ages. The DogHouse would sleep 2 very comfortably, you could sleep 4 if you do n't mind being a sardine. Steep sided walls gives the tent a very spacious feel. I could erect and take down the tent solo, but did struggle a bit the first time I pitched the tent to insert the tent pole into the final grommet. Also took me a while to figure out how to get the horizontal top pole out of the snap when breaking the tent down. Overall, the tent erected pretty quickly and easily in subsequent uses after the fabric stretched out a bit. Good ventilation, beefy stakes, seems to be a strong, stable tent, certainly fine for summer camping, probably 3 season. Worst conditions I 've been in are moderate wind and rain overnight, and the tent shed water no problem. I 'm assuming the fabric has a DWR coating, and it's unclear how long the waterproofing would last. I did not buy the ridiculously expensive footprint, just used a tarp close to the correct size and that worked fine. Tent material did catch in the zipper when zipping open or close the door. I wonder if anyone has solved this though.

I could n't love this more. When. Im camping with a partner, having a `` stuff '' tent vs a sleeping tent is awesome. Makes the nights cozy and fun and keeps the area small enough to stay the right temperature but keeps our stuff nearby. When camping with a friend, we each get our own space and have chairs set up in the middle for morning coffee. The set up is a bit comicates, as opposed to normal tents, but that's to be expected. It's not hard, just requires a bit of thought as it's different. This would be a great tent for small families enabling a kid tent and a parents tent, just know the two sides are n't huge so would n't be great for people who bring a lot of stuff they want to keep with them in the tent. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a couple color options. I like reds, yellows and oranges for the color of the morning light when I wake up, but brown is better than green so it's ok:)

5
Camping with a family of 4 on a rainy weekend put this to the test. We loved having our own tents, within the tent. Camping with just two adults had plenty of shelter under the vestibule. Even used this as a lunch shelter at a Girl Scouts field day, using just the fly. Worth the price tag. My only `` negative '' feedback is that I think this should be sold with the foot print and the 2 extra poles to make an awning.

5
Excellent tent for camping with a family. My wife and I typically camp to ride, so we have weighed whether this setup could be used for MotoCamping. For our smaller middle weight ADVs that might be a tall order. Possibly doable on something the size of a GS1300 or Pan America. For now it makes an ideal tent for car and truck camping. This was our 4 year old's and our dog's first camping trip. I truly envy their ability to sleep the whole night. My wife and I slept on one side while our child and dog slept on the other. The vestibule made for easy day to day load outs and occasional drying of clothes. Convertibility is an awesome option as you can opt to use just one tent to have a larger vestibule which could potentially be used to cover motorcycles, but realistically would be more suited for bicycles. It could potentially be mounted on a bicycle pannier if rearranged. Just pay attention to your pole placement, they are long which means they could be easily bent in a fall. I would note that despite the site photos there are no poles to hold up the door flap.

We just got back from ten days in Yellowstone, and this tent made the trip fantastic! We usually bring a six- person tent for our family, but this fit the four of us perfectly. We are four adults. Each tent is big enough for two regular sleeping pads. We fit an Exped MegaMat with a Big Agnes Boundary in one tent, with only minor overlap. The space was amazing. We were able to hang a small clothesline across one door for towels. The tent made it through a couple big rainstorms with no issues. The temps outside got into the 30s, and the tent remained fine. This is definitely a car camping tent, but it packed in much nicer than our old tent. We bought the optional footprint, which I think should just be included. It makes setup and teardown a dream. It kept everything very clean. We got a lot of compliments in the campground!

5
We were looking for a tent that would replace our Chimney Creek 4 mtnGLO tent. Our kids are 10 and 7 and we have a new puppy and our 4 person tent was getting a bit tight. We took the Wyoming Trail 4 out on our first camping trip of the summer to the WA coast and it worked really well. The tent sets up pretty easy once you have done it once and figure out where the poles go and which ones go on top and bottome of each other. Very intuitive color coding of clips which makes setting up the raincover very straight forward. We loved the space in the large vestibule as we set up a chair and small table inside it and were able to also have a dog bed for our puppy to sleep in at night. I think we may have even convinced some friends with kids that were with us to think about getting the same tent! I think the only issue would be the size of the footprint of the tent. It is very long and it could be a tight fit in certain campsites.

I have been looking for a new camping tent forever. Being a bit of a penny pincher I had been burning through one cheap tent after another. I recently got the Limestone for an weekend camping trip and I love. It was rainy and windy all weekend but my tent stayed bone dry. More than that, I could actually stand in this tent and the walls being so vertical I could actually fit my wife and two kids in it without us rolling over each other all night. Even better its got these great pockets for stashing away your gear. You can tell they really thought out every aspect of this tent.

[ Had the chance to spend 5 nights in the 4P Limelight in Voyagers National Park recently. This tent replaced an old 3P Eureka I had for many years. The ease of set up for this tent given the size was amazing! Was super easy to setup with one person and could only imagine how quick it would go up with two! Really love the space inside this tent. The pre- bent poles offered a lot of space inside and the addition of the clothes line was great for drying out a few shirts that i left out overnight( dewy). The part I like most are the two doors- the larger door made it easy to bring all my gear in, no tripping over people, bags, etc to get in or out and the vestibule had the perfect amount of space to keep all our shoes dry too! Love this tent!

[ Our 2010 limelight is still completely functional 15 years later. Setup is possible with you ne person if needed. Parts can be separated for individuals to tote if going dome light backpacking. Highly recommend this tent.

[ The tent is really well designed and made. I used it for the first time, all is as described. It's lightweight, easy for me to put up alone, including the rainfly. The zippers seem really strong, no extra flaps to get caught. Seams are strong, along with the clothesline and pockets. It's well ventilated but yet I was very warm and dry- 50- 60 degree nights The space between the rainfly and the door is a bit small for me. Took some bending over to get in and out as you unzip the fly, then unzip the tent, and if you 're carrying something, it's harder. A little bit of coordination and all worked. There is n't privacy if you leave the rainfly flap up as the tent is all screen. I used it as a leader tent for a scout trip so privacy is a must. I think that it actually will keep everything very dry and not a deal breaker for me. Overall, excellent tent.

[ It is so so easy to setup and is very sturdy. I love that the cover has padded handles and ties to compress it. The blackout feature is especially helpful.

[ This great tent is assembled in just 2 minutes. It is very easy and convenient. I would like to note that the tent is much larger than in the photo. There are several windows for ventilation, large wall organizers, a place for a lamp and a charger. Designed to block 90% of sunlight. I am very satisfied. I will recommend to my friends.

[ I recently had the pleasure of using this fantastic 6- person tent on a camping trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Although it ’s labeled for six people, it comfortably fits four with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, but that ’s common for tents and I expected that going in and in a survival scenario you probably could squeeze six in there. The black- out interior is really nice as it provides a perfectly dark environment for a restful night ’s sleep, even if the sun is still out as can be common during the mid- summer evenings. I thought the interior would be hotter being mostly black, but it actually wasn ’ t bad. Regardless we were camping during the summer, so we opened the air flow flaps that still have a mesh covering to keep out bugs but allow for additional cooling. What truly impressed me was the ease of setup. I was skeptical of the 60- second advertisement for setup, but I actually had the tent pitched and ready in under 60 seconds, which made settling in a breeze and left more time for enjoying our surroundings. The design is intuitive and straightforward, making it ideal for anyone new to the outdoors. I will say that it is bulky, so there would not be a way to take it on a backpacking trip, but it is great for and really shines at a campground site. It ’s in a long bulky bag, so it might be a little difficult to pack in the car with camping equipment. Overall, this tent combines comfort and convenience in one nice package.

Awesome tent! Very well designed and great construction. We own two core tents. We are family weekend campers. My kids love the black out tent. Core tents keep you dry!

We just had a backyard camping, and the blockout tent was great! I love that it ’s so easy to set up and my kids were able to sleep in thanks to the darkening effect. We got some rain, but didn ’ t get wet at all. We were able to fit 4 wide cots inside. I like the screen ceiling, so you can look out to the sky when you don ’ t have the rain fly on, and have light and breeze come through even with the rain fly on. All the windows zip up tight to keep rain and light out. I hope it lasts for many years of camping fun.

5 stevenc81
[ This is an amazing tent easy to assemble even for 1 person. This tent is put up and ready to go it only takes about 5 minutes for 1 person. Plenty of ventilation and it blocks out the sun. This is durable and water resistant. If you enjoy outdoors and like to camp ypu have to get this tent.

5 BeeSan
Used for the 4th of July holiday. It was 114 degrees out all 4 days. The tent worked out great. We were able to sleep in until around 8 am because it stays so dark but of course it got hot inside with the extreme temps. Any tent would. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. Set up and take down is quick and easy. Goes back in the bag included easily. My husband is 5 ” 11 and can stand up all the way through the tent. Worth the$ for us.

5 onlyadream
[ This is the second tent I ’ ve owned and I love how spacious it is! My brother goes on an annual camping trip every year in July and he found this moderately easy to assemble( with help from the instructions). This is a large tent and comfortably has room for 9 people. It is weather resilient and can withstand rain. Strongly recommend to all the campers out there!

5 Steven Young
Just took this tent camping for the first time. I thought the blockout technology was going to be a gimmick... BOY WAS I WRONG. it was so dark i literally had to have a flashlight to go into my tent. really enjoyed camping in it. it was easy to setup, easy to pull down. lots of space inside. came with a center divider that was not see through. 2 doors on the `` front '' and one on the `` back ''. I 'm going to be completely honest. I went camping one time and it rained so long and so hard that my tent literally flooded inside to 2 1/2 inches of water. I really would love to be able to buy a full rainfly for this tent to make me completely satisfied. I 'm always skeptical of `` water resistant '' tents. Other than that, this tent rocks and i actually want the larger 12 person or 3 section cabin tent with blockout tech. i think my only gripe is that it does n't have a door matt with it. but that is not always a bad thing, and i understand that. PLEASE LET ME BUY A FULL RAINFLY FOR THIS!

Have had this tent since early this year and absolutely love it after having spent about 20 nights in it so far. I 've used it in Iceland, Kyrgyzstan, and stateside with a few overnights and a nearly two week long trip. Inevitably had a few nights of very heavy rain and high wind and it managed super well! I opted for the 2P since I 'm 6' 6 '' and prefer having the extra space, in bad weather the additional indoor space goes a long way in making early mornings more comfortable. Packability is very good too, I ended up putting it in a few different places on my bike depending on the length of trip. To my surprise the somewhat shorter poles did feel like they increased flexibility when packing my bike. Also worth mentioning how easy this tent is to set up, always just a few minutes even with the rainfly. When you ’ re exhausted this will be appreciated. So far very impressed, looking forward to more trips with this tent!

5 Kakaroth
[ It's small, it's VERY packable, you can throw it inside of the pack without a problem! Free standing means that if you feel like it you can just pitch the body and watch the stars without the fly or staking it. Sure, it's not ultralight, but it definitely makes up in convenience!

4 oldRenegade
I offer to your attention an ultralight tent for traveling by bicycle or motorcycle. Subjectively, it turned out to be the best option for me on the market of tourist equipment. Pros: 1) Compactness due to the reduced bend of the arcs, the use of ultralight materials, and constructive solutions. 2) New updated OSMO fabric from Nemo. Which is a mixture of polyester and nylon, as a result, I took the best from the two of them. 3) Internal organization and space. Spacious vestibule. 4) Small things that facilitate operation and installation( For example, color coding, hinges for doors, Lending Zone for the vestibule) 5) The bedroom is protected around the perimeter by a draft- proof fabric. Cons: 1) Bag for mounting on the steering wheel and transportation. 2) The price is due to the bag, and in general the price is not democratic) 3) Pegs that are far from Ultralite. 4) The price footprint, which also can not be attributed to the Ultralite series In general, the pluses more than cover the minuses, which in fact the majority will be able to solve or simply ignore because they are not significant. You can live.

4 aikigal
[ It's cloud- puffy and light, a little touch of luxury for car camping. Mine is bright orange/yellow, and it makes me feel warm just looking at it. Would also make a good distress flag if I got stranded. Nice touches: the bottom can be buttoned up into a foot warmer pocket, and there's a little zippered pocket to hold its stuff sack, etc. Some camping blankets have textured fabric on one side, but this one does n't, which is both a pro and a con. Its smooth fabric easily shakes off dust and bits of whatever, but there is no traction and it slips off if I use it over a sleeping bag or other smooth surface. Also tends to feel clammy against bare skin. I like it too much to return it, but considering its high price compared to other good blankets, I do n't know that I 'd recommend it.

I 've used this tent for bike packing the roads of the Eastern Sierras. It fits on my road bike handlebars perfectly. Form and Function, this tent is IT! Easy to set up, break down, and so fun to sleep in.

This has been my go to tent for camping the past year or so now and it has seen use on the tour divide, BWCA, and a bunch of smaller trips. I 've been very pleased with it's durability, lightweight and ease of use. I 've primarily used it as a two person tent and it has plenty of space for two oversized sleeping pads and gear. The gear loft is very handy for stashing two helmets to keep them away from chewing mice. I was worried it was a goner when a strong storm and 50+mph winds came out of nowhere in the boundary water, but it battled the winds and kept us dry despite a subsequent monsoon and water roaring underneath. My only complaint is that the stakes that came with it were n't very user friendly in rocky environments. After bending a few I swapped them for some titanium shepherds hooks which are easier to use and hold adequately.

5 BBROBS
I 've taken this tent out now half a dozen times. It's super easy to set up and Big Agnes has thought out all the little details. Reflective everything makes it easy to set up in the dark. The clicks to attach the fly to the tent are* chefs kiss*. The pockets inside are a game changer. Feels stable in the wind& rain. Few small complaints:- Two toggles that do n't have a corresponding loop to tie the fly into.- On the contrary, one of the doors has no toggle to tie up.- Can be hard to get out without getting wet from the fly if it has been raining.

5 George S
My partner and I have used this on multiple trips now. With the way we split gear and out load we are riding pretty light and the tent is such a luxury for us. we have not experienced any wear from heavy use and has survived big rain storms.

You 'll want to make sure you have stakes or something to weigh it down with once you are set up. There's a back window that can be opened for more ventilation throughout the tent. Sand easily falls right off of the slinky nylon- like material. There was a bit of a learning curve to get it closed, but once you watch their YouTube video it really helps you get it down. Comes with storage bag and takes up barely any space in your trunk. Myself, my husband and my two kids( 7, 10) were all able to comfortably fit inside the tent together.

[ I ’ m so happy I finally got a little beach tent. My son has always wanted one and this is such a perfect little addition. The navy and white is perfect for the beach. Comes with a QR code for a instruction video very easy to fold back up and folds out in seconds once it ’s open. Love that it ’s super light weight and durable. Also loved the little window so that you can look out behind you and it ’s so breathable. Easy to get the sand off as it literally just slides off. Highly recommended to friends and family. I want one for my mom and her pup.

[ I received this and it is perfect for a day at the beach! It provides relief from the sun when you just have had too much. It's easy to set up, and easy to put away. Just push it together. and you can lay it flat and put it away. I highly recommend it for people who like to have a spot on the beach where they can catch a break from the sun and have a place to sit.

Like my year old Dagger. I approve of your now putting the bottom of the fly pullouts in the center of the new re- design for wind. I do wish it were brighter lime green just in Osmo. I loved my old Espri design, just not the construction and would like to have an Osmo version done. Front doors are now out of fashion. I still have a Rivendell Bomb Shelter from 1974. And my favorite of all, my Bibler Fitzroy. The Dagger may yet make the list!

I bought this tent two years ago. I use it for hunting season and it works great. I haven ’ t had any issues at all. The only issue I had was the tent poles twisted around in 80 km hour winds haha and kind of fold it in on itself. The polls did not brea. That might ’ ve been my fault not tying ALL the guide down.

The Dagger OSMO combines quality, light- weight materials, excellent livability, and plenty of toughness to keep you charging through your backpacking adventures for many years to come. Love it

Frequently Asked Questions For Zippered Tents

Zippered tents provide enhanced protection against the elements, including wind and rain, thanks to their secure closures. They also help keep insects and pests out, creating a more comfortable environment for campers. Additionally, zippered entrances allow for easy access while maintaining ventilation, which is essential for a pleasant camping experience.

Zippered tents are typically made from durable materials such as polyester or nylon, which offer water resistance and UV protection. The zippers themselves are often reinforced to withstand wear and tear, ensuring longevity. Some tents may also feature additional coatings or treatments to enhance their weather resistance and durability.

When selecting a zippered tent, consider the number of occupants and the amount of gear you plan to store inside. It's important to choose a tent that provides enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, as well as additional room for personal items. Additionally, think about the intended use, such as family camping trips or solo adventures, to determine the appropriate size.

Zippered tents can be designed for various seasons, but it's essential to check the specifications for seasonal suitability. Some tents are made for three-season use, providing adequate ventilation and protection for spring, summer, and fall. Others may be four-season tents, built to withstand harsher winter conditions, featuring stronger materials and insulation.

When shopping for a zippered tent, look for features such as waterproofing, ventilation options, and ease of setup. Additional features like multiple entrances, built-in storage pockets, and reflective guy lines can enhance your camping experience. Also, consider the weight and packability if you plan to hike to your campsite.
