These are seriously the best weighted training balls that I have used for softball training. I like to switch back and forth from regular soft balls and these weight balls. I have found that these balls have increased my hitting strength and speed in my play. So far they serve their purpose and are getting the job done. I can ’ t speak to their longevity or durability, yet, as we ’ ve only had them a week. Sizing is bigger than a baseball and smaller than a softball.

Top notch weighted balls, they seem to be very durable and will last for a long time, these things are versatile as you can use them to hit( front toss& tee) but I wouldn ’ t recommend throwing from a far distance, you can also use them to warm up the rotator cuff and get those arms going with the resistance from the weight. I highly recommend especially if you are having trouble staying through the ball when hitting, this training balls, will absolutely help with staying through.
