My son has always used boombah catchers bags and always had issues with them not standing up under the weight of the gear. Last year we made the switch to this bag and it has not disappointed. Purchased this to replace a previous BagBoy I had for over a decade. This Freestlye bag has three great features my previous BagBoy did not. 1. All around padding. 2. The bag can stand vertically on its own and roll while standing too. Very convenient especially when standing in line at airports/rental car checkout. 3. Easily folds back into a cube to allow for storage in hotel or garage. Far better than a huge bag being folded in half taking up floor space. Going through an airport and a hotel parking lot with a stand up 4 wheel golf bag is so much easier, while others are dragging theirs on two wheels. If there is a need for the two large wheels to go up stairs/curbs or over rough curb/sidewalk traction tracks, it is easy to switch in the moment and then go back to upright. I also found this easy to pack in the upright position rather than laying it down to pack. The price was half of other bags with these features. It travels well and good protection for bag/clubs and extra clothes and hats.

I love the fact that it has wheels because, even though I love to look tough carrying 30 bags hanging off my neck and shoulders I ’ m just getting too old for that. The bag has a ton of space, in fact it is enough space to fit my whole families ski clothes plus our winter boots, freeing up space in our personal bags for our daily use items. It is nice and sturdy on its wheels which is an important feature for me. I can ’ t stand rolling luggage that tips over with the slightest bump on the pavement.
