I was in the market for new boots. Heard through the grapevine that i should give this brand a chance. Got them as a gift and i am beyond ecstatic. The boots fit me well( run a little big, but not a con) and the inner sole is almost heavenly. I work in a warehouse where i stand on concrete 8 hours a day. I normally add an extra insert for added support, but there really is no need for these boots. While mainly for work, i definitely want to get the most out of these boots, but i must say that these particular boots i have are not cut out for hiking. Not a con in the least bit, though a bit of a bummer in the long run. So after spending about 40 hours over a few days in these boots, i am very happy with my georgia boots.

I bought these boots and they turned out to be the most comfortable pair I 've ever purchased. The upper leather and soles are so soft that it helps from aches and pain on my back. I do have to purchase a new pair yearly do to the climate in Tucson AZ, in the summer gets really hot where the soles wear out really fast. Only because I work in the Metro area where their is a lot of concrete and asphalt. I weigh 240 lbs and I wear a size 13 to 14 Medium depends on the boot. I would highly recommend for anyone to purchase these boots. I wish you had a 14B, my foot is really narrow.

I walk for miles in these boots for my job across all diff terrain types around the southeastern U. S. my first pair lasted me over 2 years before the inner heal wore out. They are so comfortable for me I wear them on every job, even sites where steel toes are n't required. My second pair started leaking at the seam after about 6 months and Muck handled the situation very professionally. Most everyone at my job uses Muck. They are high quality and comfort. [ The boot is very nicely made and feels great. The steel toe caused a lot of rigidity on the boot which caused more heel sleep than I liked. I went ahead and got a version without the steel toe. I would recommend it if you need a steel toe but it just was n't for me even if it was a great product.

Most comfortable boot right out of the box, no break in time. I got a good 3 year run out of ‘ em before the soles kinda peeled loose. Might be able to glue it back or re- sole them, the boots are still good! Working on a busy loading dock and driving a truck 60 go a week. Great value and nice boots!

[ I have worn this style Keen shoe for about five years. I work in a super busy open kitchen restaurant. I do purchase an insole from a local shoe store for my plantar fasciitis which I have to use in all my lace up shoes. I have not found another shoe that fils my foot as well as this one for work and would recommend it to anyone who does similar work. I run around a lot with my job and turn many blind corners. So the lace up style of the shoe is better than kitchen rubber clogs. Also I work in a super humid environment on cement floors. So the waterproofing exterior and no slip sole is essential. I ordered these boots for my dad whose a welder almost a year ago. They came in looking very aesthetically- pleasing( for steel- toe boots, IMO) and have held up rather well, even though he does n't wear them at work everyday but considering he seems to always be singeing and catching fire to the bottom half of his work pants and/or shoes while on the job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's tired of having to constantly replace burnt laces on work boots/shoes... give these bad, and good- looking, boys a try!

I ’ ve been wearing the Georgia Wedge over 15yrs now and prolly has become my one and only boot/shoe i wear with everything. Lol, went from Nike ’ s/Vans/Chucks to only Georgia wedge. I love them so much i have pairs for work and everyday wear. I ’ ve worked for the Water company where i live and not really being “ water proof ” i still wore them and they would hold up for 6 months or so. That ’s jumping on shovels, kicking stuff, underwater, asphalt and so forth… as well as the Natural gas field and seems to hold up better without constant water lol i ’ ve bought up to 6 pairs in a yr bcuz all the OT I was working, but i say all this to say i never had more compliments then this boot and i ’ ve worn every brand, the quality of leather is the best and i can walk in them all day. I think I ’ ll be buried in them. You think i ’ m lying ask my wife. Lol here ’s 2 i have in my garage wit 2 in my closet. Cant wait to try the “ waterproof ” wedge ones now for work!

I have fairly narrow feet and these fit perfectly and are very comfortable. You ca n't even tell they have a steel toe. My only complaint is the top lace grommet. It has a different type of hook so it is a little difficult to get the lace in it when it is pulled out. I still rate this as Excellent though.

I wore them for a year at a job where I did n't have to stand all day, and recently switched to a job where standing for 12 hours was part of the job.
