I 've tried several sun shirts of different brands and majority feel clammy and make me feel hot in the sun. Not this shirt! The material is thin, breathable and very soft on your skin. I actually prefer the quarter zip version over the MH hoody due to the bottom hem design( hoody has a draw string at the bottom which I do n't care for). This shirt also has better neck protection for me since I always wear a wide brim hat when I hike and I would n't use the hood. And I really appreciate having quarter zip to allow more air through. I have been testing this shirt for 3weeks and I continue to be impressed. It has made outdoor runs more enjoyable and allows me to keep running outside rather than switching to the treadmill. The shirt wicks sweat which keeps me warm longer than my previous shirts. I also love how practical this shirt is. My two favorite features include the thumb holes in the sleeve and the zipper pocket on the side to hold my ID, cash, car keys when needed. I love that I don ’ t need to make sure my shorts have a pocket to hold the essentials. The shirt ’s fabric is top notch. It has not stained or pilled when washed. It is thick enough for warmth while not being bulky. My shirt is white and my only complaint about the fabric is that the white color is fairly see through so I have to be careful what sports bra I wear underneath it.

[ I really enjoy this top. Not too thin and not too thick. My favorite on this top is the side pocket that can fit your phone, but won ’ t move around and cause your phone to fall out during a workout session. I also love that you have thumb holes in the top and can also fold the sleeves back on the top if it ’s too long. I ’ m more in between sizes right now( meaning too big for womens sizes but too small for plus size) but I had no issues with the fit of this top. This top fits true to size so if you ’ re looking for a fit where you can put a undershirt underneath, you could size up.( In my case, I ’ m normally an XL, but got a 1X). The material is really soft and doesn ’ t feel heavy. I only wore this top casually but I could tell with the material that you wouldn ’ t be too hot in it if working out. Being able to roll the sleeves up and adjust the zipper could help with the heat as well. The only thing I would probably change about this top, is possibly adding a zipper to the back of it to add in extra items you may be carrying when out and about.

I bought it and it is now my favorite shirt! I 'm 5 foot, so it covers my bum, which is perfect with leggings. I 'm 180 pounds and the Large is a perfect fit. I 'm also 3 months pregnant and it fits my bump. It is really soft, comgortable, warm but not TOO warm so I can wear it comfortably at work. I love that there is the holes for the thumbs also. The neck cowl is not too tight and gives just enough coverage to keep wind out. I really recommend it.:)

I took this shirt with me for walking the Camino in the early fall( ~35C on the coast with no shade). I 'm very sensitive to heat( due to both MS and some of my medication), but after soaking this shirt in water, the combination of the quick evaporation and the UV protection was enough to keep me comfortable even at noon. It was great to be able to skip out on sunblock and still not end the day looking like a tomato. Like other reviewers said, it 's a little rougher that ideal, but I do have to say, it held up to backpack friction much better than the Abisko wool shirt I took on the same trip and I did* not* get any irritation despite walking all day with a 10- 20kg bag for the first time. Dries very very quickly, which is great when conditions are damp.
