They ’ re sturdy, and they ’ re comfy right out of the box( no break in needed). If you have wide feet and/or bunions, these are worth a try! I will say that the heel may be a bit loose if your heel is narrow, but no issues so far for me. I ’ ve already taken them out for some cold weather backpacking and longer trail days, and they ’ re holding up well, no foot pain at the end of the day or anything.

They took me up a 2700 ’ mountain in the NH Whites right out of the box — no need at all for breaking in. I usually get a size 8 in KEENs but for some reason the 8 felt like I needed a little more room in the toe, especially for going downhill and for sweaty summer feet, so I sized up to 8. 5. I just happened across these in a Bozeman MT shop as I was about to throw in the towel on finding a decent pair of hikers. I 'd never heard of Danner before this, but after slipping these babies on I knew it was going to be the start of a beautiful relationship. These took ZERO breaking- in as they were comfy from day one for me. I 've gone on short hikes and just this past summer( I 've owned them for 2 years now), they were my flyfishing wet- wading boots. They worked like a charm on the riverbed and dried out pretty quickly and without any shape change. LOVE these and will likely buy another pair soon just to be sure I have another set for when these finally go out and before Danner stops making them( although they should make these in perpetuity!). My usual size( 8) fit just right.

I have been waiting for RED WING to remake women's boots from the heritage collection for many years. I thought I would buy the Harriets and be done with it, but my local store did n't carry them, so I tried on the 6 '' mocs just for kicks. I fell in love. I was n't even considering purchasing the lace- up work boot. I work in the motion picture industry and I 'm on my feet many of my 12 hour work day. I have had these boots for over a month and I think this is the wisest shoe purchase I have ever made. The lead actress on our show bought the Iron Ranger boot the same week that I had bought my red wings. This boot was a little stiff at first in the toe, and I 've always considered my feet a bit wide. They are wearing in nicely and I am glad I did n't try to go up a size to accommodate. I am a true 7. 5. Definitely worth the higher price point. These boots surprisingly go with much of my wardrobe.

The boots are very comfortable after wearing them over a couple weeks. I knew this would be the case based on my other RedWing work boots. I ended up with a size 8 shoe even though I usually wear a size 7 because of the insole that the salesperson recommended. My feet were very tight for a little while until the shoes were broken in. I love the look of the boots for wearing around the office because I hate wearing high heels. The only down side is they squeak very loud whenever I walk on a smooth hard surface, such as tile. Other than that, I recommend investing in these boots.

Never have I ever thought I would need a pair of Sorel winter boots living in the Deep South. However, life just happens, and here I am, in middle of Wisconsin experiencing negative Fahrenheit temperature. I did n't know that was possible, but it was, apparently. I got this pair right before winter storm came in Wisconsin, so I got to experience how great these are against cold/snow/wet ground. Pros:- Really, really warm. I went outside to go grab some food/groceries, and my feet were warm. It was funny experience because I could n't feel my thighs but I could feel my feet/toes.- Is very waterproof. I like walking in the snow. Did n't have much chance to see snow in regular basis, so I had lots of fun with it this winter. When I came back inside, only my feet stayed dry.- Basically does its job. It's waterproof winter boots. It is waterproof and for winter weather. Design/size:- I usually wear size 8 for tennis shoes. I have high and wide instep, so even though I did n't plan on wearing thick socks, I got 8. 5. They fit nicely. Not too tight where I need to put bandaids on my heel but not too big where I trip over my feet either. Very comfy as well. Walked miles wearing these and my feet were n't in pain. But I advise going with your normal foot size, though. Unless you have high/wide instep like me or wear THICK socks.- They are... cute. Very cute. Got lots of compliments from my friends and my mom. Keep in mind that my mom is very direct with her opinions. When she says they are cute, they are cute.

They hit at just the right spot where you feel supported when wearing them but they also look good on foot. They are stylish without sacrificing comfort. [ I love these new Air Jordan 4 Retros. They are a sneaker but truly fit like a slipper, and thick enough that my feet were n't cold wearing outside in winter temperatures. Super comfortable to wear all day, my feet never hurt once. The seafoam color is really beautiful and I love the pop of metallic silver to really elevate the look. I wore these mostly with joggers or sweatpants but would wear with jeans out at night as well. The leather is smooth and soft and the shoe is easy to slip in and out of, and they fit true to size. I prefer leaving the laces as they came, so it's really like a slip on shoe. I love the pop of white in the stitching and sole and would even consider changing the laces up to alter the look. So happy with these shoes!

[ When I opened this pair, I was immediately stunned with how beautiful this shoe looked. The pale seafoam green colorway has a distinct but elevated air to it, and the metallic chrome tabs give it a great contrast. I like the colorway is subtle but allows me to express myself without screaming “ Look at me! ” Jordan ’s are sometimes very masculine but due to the color palette and materials, this really looks and feels like a women ’s shoe. The shoe itself is as comfortable as any other Jordan 4 and premium leather feels great in hand and on the foot. I will most definitely be wearing these often!

I haven ’ t struggled to find any clothes to match and I love these with jeans and shorts. The one thing about this pair I would change if it wouldn ’ t impact the color of the shoe is the material. While it looks really good, it can pick up lint and other fibers. They ’ re still easy to clean if you need to though. Quick wipe with no soap and they ’ re back to looking new. I ’ ll most likely have to buy my niece a pair since she ’s at the age where she likes things I like!

But I put my shoes on and was very surprised how light weight they really are. I even just took a boot off of my left broken able ankle the day before. So I wore them all day and even this am to walk the dog. I can say I am definitely going to enjoy these and I 'll come back and give a detailed description of day in the woods with my very own very pretty hiking shoe. [ The quality of this shoes are exceptional! Living in Washington state we go for a lot of hikes and the majority of time is raining. Keen keeps my feet dry and warm while giving me comfort to finish the course. It has anti odor in it so points for that. It is conscious about the environment and durable.
