Purchased this coat in white last year and absolutely LOVE it! The hood is very large( my favorite part about this coat), but stays out of your face. Jacket is warm, but not too warm( like a down coat would be). It 's sporty and I get a ton of compliments on it every time I wear it. I am 5' 10 '', 140 lbs, and got an XL, and it fits well! Also, it washes easily and looks great even after a year of a ton of wear.

I 'm 5' 3 '' and it hits around my mid calf. MAKE SURE TO SIZE 2 SIZES DOWN. My husband is an XL and the M fits him perfectly. I 'm a M and the XS fits me perfectly. In case this is helpful for anyone, the pit- to- pit measurement of the XS is 22 '', and the pit- to- pit measurement on the M is 25 ''!

I 'm 5' 2 100lbs and usually wear an XS and this jacket fits me well with extra room for layering. I love the Turtle Dove color as it is a creamy/vanilla shade that pairs well with any snow pant color. Amazing features- snow skirt, thumb cut outs, water proof and wind proof, zippers up to my chin, well insulated, and, multiple pockets. This jacket is one of the best quality ski jackets on the market now. I would say it 's comparable to Helly Hansen 's Alphelia jacket in terms of fit and features but for a lower price point. It even has a similar fit to the Arc'teryx jackets if you cinch the waistline in and tuck it. You can get away with wearing no layers underneath this jacket in 30F weather. I 've already gotten many compliments and will be wearing this to back to back ski trips in Vermont and Colorado! I agree with other reviews that a snow helmet can not fit underneath the hood, but that is NOT a con for me as wearing a hood while skiing usually obstructs my view anyway.

I have a similar jacket from a different brand that I have worn out. As I wore it ALL the time, I began a search for something similar and found this Cotopaxi jacket. It ’s lightweight, keeps me warm( but not too warm), perfect for layering if needed and I love the colors waves available. The material around the shoulders/arms moves and flexes- so much so, I can ’ t wait to try it out cross- country and downhill skiing. I ’ m between sizes so I opted for the large for a little more room around the hips. If I could tweak it, I ’ d make it a bit less boxy and a little more tailored through the waist.
