I had never tried a Wilson shoe before, and am a size 8 in Adidas. I play around 4- 5 times a week, friendlies, drills and league play. As soon as I saw the crisp green and white palette that matches my club colors I wanted to try them on. I have wider, flatter feet, and a size 8. 5 felt great on. Supportive but not heavy or clunky, they are cushioned without adding too much height and bulk. The sales associate came back out with her size but the shoe was n't the exact same as what my daughter had picked out.( The sales associate did not mention it was a different shoe.) My daughter liked the shoes she tried on, and we bought them. The shoes we bought were higher price than the shoe she originally picked out. So be aware of that when picking out a shoe and the sales associate brings out a slightly different style.

My feet hurt most of the time( in all shoes) due to neuromas in both feet. In spite of that I play 3- 5 hours of pickleball everyday. I usually can only tolerate a running shoe that is very cushy( but not a great court shoe). I even broke my toe playing because of how soft the running shoe is. This New Balance shoe is the first court shoe I been able to tolerate with minimal pain. It is very comfortable and stable. It also has great traction as the first time I wore this shoe, the court was wet.

The fit was true to size for me, with a snug( but not tight) feel through the midfoot and enough room in the toe box. On the court, they feel quick and stable. The cushioning has a nice bounce without being too soft, which makes it easier to push off and change direction quickly. I especially noticed this during lateral movements — I felt confident planting and cutting without sliding around.
