I love this thing. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but it works well when used properly. All the kids on my team love to use it and seem to immediately transfer the swing action developed with this directly to live pitching. A team that hits to to bottom will be hard to stop! I do question the durability of this however. It does n't have a good sturdy feel to it. Hopefully it's deceptively strong because for this price I 'd like this trainer to last a couple years until the adult model is necessary.

I have been using this for just over a month now and overall I am pretty darn happy with this purchase. The pitching machine locates balls consistently, can use both baseballs and jug balls, and has all the speed that you could ask for. The 10 ball feeder is AWESOME! Can load it up and watch the kids swing. The rotating head is an added bonus. It allows us to use the machine for fielding practice as well. I let my son swing whatever he wanted in his size and this is what he picked after hitting balls in the cage at Dicks. Not even fully broken in yet and he hit his first double in semi champ game. The light weight of the bat really allows smaller kids to drive that barrel, speed is an appropriate name. Not gon na lie though, nothing beats the sound of crushing one with an aluminum bat, so I ’ ll ask him to use his catx every once in awhile too lol

First, I had a 20% coupon from my kids u12 league. Wasn ’ t going to buy a$ 300 bar, but also didn ’ t want to buy the cheapest bat. My kid likes the big barrel, it ’s pretty light. He won ’ t be hitting 80mph fast balls 400 ft so this bat is beyond his capabilities. Tye bat I played with in high school was not this nice. lol. I think it ’s a great bat for players in u12.
