I am very pleased with this punching bag and the gloves 🥊! The gloves are what you would use for a hard punching bag. They are great quality. The bag is more thick and durable than I expected it to be. It ’s not as easy to bust and break like the 3 other sets I have bought from another place. The gloves that had come with the other sets I bought were barely padded. My son had adhd and this helps him to get his energy out in a good way so the bag gets used daily. The highs of the bag is super nice my son will be able to use it for a long time into his teen years for sure. I am 5 2 and I use it no problem.
