I have been testing this shirt for 3weeks and I continue to be impressed. It has made outdoor runs more enjoyable and allows me to keep running outside rather than switching to the treadmill. The shirt wicks sweat which keeps me warm longer than my previous shirts. I also love how practical this shirt is. My two favorite features include the thumb holes in the sleeve and the zipper pocket on the side to hold my ID, cash, car keys when needed. At the same time, I have worn it as an effective base layer for cooler temps, which can still arise suddenly in Colorado springs. The edging makes the top feel feminine just the way I want it to-- I like doing athletic things with the boys, but I do n't want to dress like them. This top helps me stay covered without feeling frumpy( I 'm in my mid- forties). I have a 36 '' chest, 30 '' waist, and 40 '' hips. I wear a size M comfortably. It does not wear too baggy for the look, nor is it too tight at all. Given the forgiveness and stretch of the fabric, I could imagine sizing down without much issue, but I do n't want to wear this piece tighter.
