Easy to dress up or down with the seam down the leg. I will warn people that they do run long as it is the perfect length on me as someone who is 5 ’ 7- 5 ’ 8 and usually between regular and long lengths( got a R length). I really like these! They are very lightweight, which is great since I searched for mesh insert leggings to use in hot weather. Even so, they are not too thin for squats, for example. Pockets on each thigh are great; sometimes I forget I still have my phone in my pocket during a workout. They say 7/8 length, but I think they are more like full length( which I prefer anyway). The waistband is high, which is great, but does roll down a little depending on what I 'm doing. I 'm glad I got two pairs in different colors( charcoal, and a pretty mallard blue).
