This is the only pair of Nike leggings that I use for running! It is super comfortable and does not chafe or slide down.

I have ordered a medium and it is true to size. It is compressive but not uncomfortable. I would highly recommend it not just for running but for gym workouts also

[ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

[ These are very high end running pants. The fit and feel of them is very luxe. I 've washed them twice now and they have not lost their structure or soft feel. The design is sporty but sleek. They feel warm enough for a winter workout and slightly thicker fabric compared to my inexpensive running pants makes me feel more confident. Would rebuy for sure!

The quality of the material and extra details like side pockets and a zippered back panel make it easy to find a home for my phone and keys while working out. The pants are super stretchy, so comfortable and lightweight. I also found them super slimming with a nice high rise waist and perfect for running a quick errand at lunch. The versatility, Dri- Fit technology, and overall design is the thing of dreams for this busy mom. Initially, I was not a big fan of the little circular design cut outs on the calf but appreciated how they allowed for more air flow as I exercised. I have no excuse not to get things moving and feel confident to tackle my day and my workouts.
