I ordered these in several colors because they are comfortable and work well at the gym. They are on the thinner side though and in terms of sizing, I would say buy whatever your regular size is. I normally wear a XL but I ordered the XXL because I did not want them to cling to my skin( I 'm 65+) and show every lump and bump. But, I really did not have to do this and could have easily just worn my regular size. Again, they are thin and do not hold you in so if there is something that you do n't want to show, I would say get them in the darker colors or you could size up.

To my knowledge, Nike no longer offers them on their website, so I 'm so happy to have found them online and in- store at Dick's. They aren ’ t `` Dri- Fit '' /moisture- wicking, so wearing them in warm weather did cause some sweating, but other than that, they are made with top notch, high quality fabric/material! They are a compressive fit, but they feel great wearing them all day! They also run small. I 'm normally a size medium, but had to order a size large. I love Nike Go leggings!!

I purchased an extra large in black. I am about a women's sized 12 US, 5' 7 '', 170lb. The length of the leg was great and the length of the arms. When I squat and move my arms, however, skiing motion, they 're just is n't enough length between the crotch and the armpits, if that makes sense. So, I think the torso is just too short for my body. The weight of the suit seems very warm and soft. I really wish it worked for me.

I bought these for my runs in the dark to have a little extra visibility. They are not super thick for warmth but are good enough for most Seattle conditions. The size Medium does feel a little big( I normally wear size 6) and I have to pull the drawstrings tight to keep them secure.

FIT: I 'm 5' 6 and 130 lbs and usually wear a size 4; these leggings in size M fit me just perfect. FABRIC: I love the fabric – fairly thick and smooth, not lined, and have a good stretch. When working out at the gym, they move with you when exercising. VISIBILITY: I usually run late afternoon and it is getting dark early, especially in winter, it is extremely important for me to have reflective and visible workout gear. These tights have bright yellow at the leg bottoms and a number of reflectors that are easy to see in low light. I have a peace of mind when running after dark. I wash with cold water and hang to dry. The pants dry quickly. I bought a second pair in the beetroot color. Nautical navy and black pair well with beetroot.
