The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The shirt is very thin, therefore I thought I may be cold and need a jacket in cold weather, but it amazingly held my body heat in perfectly without making me hot.
