I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. [ The top exceeded my expectations greatly! It is extremely comfortable. I like how the sleeves have the hole for your watch. So smart! The shirt is very thin, therefore I thought I may be cold and need a jacket in cold weather, but it amazingly held my body heat in perfectly without making me hot. I would not change a thing about it. I am normally a medium but got this in a large since I thought I might layer underneath it, but it does not run large. A medium would have been fine. I will wear this for exercising outside, but it will also be a great base layer when snowboarding.
